Pros (+) The staff are friendly and accommodating to our requests. The laundry machines were free, the grounds looked well maintained. My favorite favorite amenity was the gym. The machines were nice and well maintained.
Cons (-) The floors in the room had food on them. My children were great for finding these items. Also, we booked a nonsmoking room, but our room was a smoking room with some cigarette burns here and there. The scent of cigarettes was pretty bad, not so much on check in,, but seemed to worsen the next day. The staff were good to offer another room, but we had too many kids so we stayed where we were.
