1. The car was not cleaned inside or out. Hertz talks about COVID protocols, but with this care because there was food and other debris on the inside which you could tell wasn’t wiped down. 2. Car given to me with the gas light on. Seriously Hertz? 3. Was told the car wasn’t equipped with SXM radio, but it was.8.8 Very Good
