Pros:good except if you have to pay the $18 for it
Cons:Where do i begin...first of all I when to the bar for a drink at about 8 pm, 8 others were sitting there and no bar tender in sight, i finally asked the group if the bar was closed to which they replied its still open but the service is horrible and the bartender keeps leaving... after about 10 mins with no bartender in sight i finally went into the employees only area and asked if I could get a drink. I was told that the bar tender would be there shortly.......waited another 10 mins a he finally showed up. ordered a vodka and soda and i was charge $11 for the vodka and another $3 for the soda water it was mixed in>>>>> Unbelievable!!!! next the maid never restocked my coffee, the focus mirror in my room was broken, they didn't have any work out towels, on the second day of my stay it looked like someone cleaned out their bush in my bathtub....gross... when i contacted the front desk about it he said how about i give you some points to make it right.....REALLY!!!!! BTW THE POINTS NEVER SHOWED UP..... I cant believe this is a Hilton property....they should be ashamed

Pros:Key stopped working after first use. Battery in key lock needed to be changed. The heating/air conditioning had a mind of its own...kept us up all night. Room needs updating.

Pros:Nothing at all
Cons:The stay was the worst experience I have ever had. The hot tub was very dirty. It had sand in it. Who knows when the last time it was cleaned. The pool was dirty as well. There was bottle caps in the room which tells me the room was not clean properly. My husband has been a Hilton honors member since 2012. Which means we travel a lot and expect more from any Hilton hotel. We arrived and we had to wait, we have never had to wait before. Customer service was horrible until my husband called and let you know that he was a member. I know I will never stay at this location again. I feel like I paid a lot of money for a 1-star hotel service. I am very disappointed Hilton.

Pros:Nice hotel near downtown Whittier with restaurants close by. Comfortable beds, clean room, nice and pleasant staff, good room service (breakfast in morning and it was on time!), and nice view. We've stayed here before and would stay again!

Pros:Clean and good Sunday brunch
Cons:Customer service was very poor we stayed her our wedding night and had our out of town family members stay her also wish we would have stayed some where else my mom worked really hard on gift bags that the radisson said they would give out to our family members at check in and never did plus there was a mix up with out room and we didn't get the king bed we were looking forward to

Pros:The staff was very friendly. Martha, who cleaned our room, took the time, to line up my grandson's stuff animals on the bed. This was so thoughtful of her. This small touch really meant a lot to us.
Cons:I did not see a boutique, of course I did not ask where it was located either.
