Pros (+) The staff is always courteous and seemingly well trained
Cons (-) Rooms are supposedly 100% smoke-free, but when first entering, the nose gets hit by the stench of cigarettes impregnated in everything.

Pros (+) Absolutely nothing. Refund and formal complaint filed.
Cons (-) Normally I don't leave reviews but on this one I had to. Made reservation for parents and nephew in town and first the rooms look nothing like the pictures so don't get fooled. Not 5 min after I dropped off my parents I got a call to rush back to the hotel. My mother not only was put in a room that had holes in the mattress and was blood stained, but was also bed bugs.
