Built in 1926 the Hotel still houses the original Otis Elevator. Operating as a bed and breakfast the recently restored floor has 15 uniquely sized and decorated rooms with private bathrooms. Also located in the building is the city's hertiage center, a flower shop, a fine dining restaurant, a southern style restaurant, a European deli, and a barber shop. The famous West Orange Trail which is great for biking, runs just in front of the hotel. We are one of the few bed and breakfast's near Orlando. We are located only 20-30 minutes away from popular attractions in Orlando, including Disney World. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
