Sundries and groceries are available for purchase at a store near the Main Street. Ski equipment storage facilities are available.Sawmill Station offers three bedroom, three bath condominiums located at 205-223 Sawyer Circle. Each unit is 1488 square feet, and contains a king and queen bed, captain's bunks, and a queen size sleeper sofa, and can accommodate up to eight people. Each features a gas fireplace, full kitchen with utensils and dishes provided, TV, DVD player and VCR, CD player and stereo system, outdoor hot tub, two private balconies, and heated garage parking. Each unit contains a washer and dryer, and daily towel and linen exchange is available at the front desk. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check-In: All guests will need to check in at the main office located at 78415 US Highway 40, Winter Park. Office hours will vary depending on the time of year. For after hours check-in, there is a green box to the right side of the office door (guests will need to call for the combination), inside will be an envelope with their last name containing the unit keys and map.Please note: All guests are required to provide a major credit card at the time of check-in and will be authorized for a security deposit/incidentals.
