Pros:The hallways and elevators were not clean. Guests were not wearing masks and not social distancing. The a/c hardly cooled the room. The guests in the next room were yelling a lot. When I went outside to walk my dog, a man threw a bottle at my head. We immediately packed, told the front desk we were leaving, and left for another hotel. It was late at night by that time.
Cons:Everything. However, the front desk employees were very understanding, very pleasant at arrival, and just all around very nice people.

Cons:The group of like 50 chinese teenagers who were making noise on our stage until 2 in the morning. I knocked at their doors 3-4 times before going to the front desk and ask for help. Not the hotel's fault, I know, but a crappy night

Pros:The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located near target and several decent restaurants.
Cons:The pool that was advertised here, and on the site, was closed and there was no indication that this would be the case. I specifically chose the hotel for that reason. The hotel itself is one of those red neon-lighted places, and looks nothing like the picture. Very dingy and tired place. The water pressure in the showers was horrible, and the hot water lasted for a few minutes at best. The towels could use some serious fabric softener. The walls are extremely thin, so bring some ear plugs if you plan on getting any sleep at all. They charge you to use the safe, whether you use it or not, and you have to ask for the fee to be removed at the end of your stay.

Cons:Smoking area should have been in the back of the building. The odor in the entry way area was terrible. It seemed that patrons were hanging around the breakfast area and families or patrons who were going to eat couldn't sit in the area.

Pros:The room itself was quite nice, and the beds were comfortable.
Cons:We noticed that there were no bath towels and only one hand towel in the bathroom. We also noticed that there were remains of food left in the drawer of the dresser. I called and asked for this to be taken care of. They provided towels but left the food crumbs. I asked about towels for the pool and was told they were at the pool. There were none, so I had to call to ask for those. The pool was lacking clarity, but it was okay and my grandkids enjoyed it. The service personnel were mediocre. Would work on their own tasks before taking care of customer standing before them (me). The breakfast was very mediocre, and food most desired not replace. The "donuts" - (is that what they were?) were inedible.

Pros:THE POOL I guess!
Cons:The customer service was the worst I had ever seen and I have been In hotels all over from mass to Florida Virginia south Carolina ext.I have been up and down the eastern sea board. So when me and my family get there the place looked ok so we gave it a chance. My kids like the pool so first day my wife bring my kids to the pool there r two ppl making out kissing and all over eachother so my wife ask the front desk if they could do something about it and they just ask them to leave the pool. So two minutes after my 7 yo and 1yo sees them kissing again. So my wife says something to the front desk they tell them to stop and didn't remove them from the hotel!! So later that night the two ppl got arrested cause enough ppl complained and nothing was done so the cops were called.they left. So I came back to the hotel and I was outside with my wife andshe was telling me what happened and my 7 year old son was standing with us and my son says daddy what's that smell I told him nothing go back inside. There was 5 guys outside smoking marijuana I told the front desk what happened and the guy said r they still out there I said no he said then what do u want me to do about it and I told him about the two junkies kissing in front of my kids and he jumped on the phone and the phone didn't even ring!! So I stood there for a few minutes and he acted like I wasn't there!! So I went back to my room.So the next day I left for work my wife told the management what happened and allshe said was he's new.so on the last day I was at the hotel I went to transfer money to my debit card and my account was minus 440 cause the hotel held 440 and then went back on my card and took another 440 for the room. So it put my account way overdrawn so I tried to ask the front desk management why they did that and the manager was very rude and said before I answer anything u need to book another night. So I went back and forth with my card and the hotel come to find out it was red roofinn fault so this whole thing got resolved late in the afternoon and the manager only thing the manager has to say is u need to book another night or u and yur family have to leave right now!!! I told her that after missing a whole days work cause of red roof i can't stay she told me u need to leave right now!! So that night me and my family slept in the car I have a one yo seven years old and a 10 yo and my wife had to sleep in my car until the next day!! So how was my experience at red roof inn?? It was the worst experience of my life!! I hope this helps

Pros:The location was fabulous for visiting downtown Boston. Even with a daily parking fee when we went downtown it was still cheaper than other options. The room was very modern and included a mini fridge.
Cons:The breakfast was extremely disappointing. I know you don't stay somewhere for the breakfast alone but it really helps cut down on trip costs and this one did not even have cereal and milk.
