the desk clerk on final morning was not courteous. she was more interested in her computer than keeping breakfast bar supplied & shut it down completely before 9a.m. & guests were still coming in. very unprofessional.
Location was nice. Staff members very nice.
Stuck in a smoking room that smelled like old pot smoke for entire stay. Went to Wal-Mart to buy febreeze to try to cover the stench. Didn't work.
Smelt like smoke in non smoking room..didn't have 2 beds
Clean, comfortable room. Location easy to find. Plenty of parking.
Lobby was very small and there was a line to check in. We were all bumping into each other because the door opens right into the check in desk.
It will do if you need a fast hotel. Nothing fancy, pretty normal. Room was clean, staff nice, and good location.
Staff was nice and helpful
On the second night, I found a small bug in the bed, didn't find any others but I didn't sleep that night for fear of bed bugs
It was very clean and the staff were friendly.
IT's located on the main highway on the north edge of town. The keys worked, the outside doors remained locked with only key access. The hotel accepts pets, which was important for us, traveling with a small dog.
It felt old and a bit worn down. The smell of smoke was pervasive. Breakfast options were all refined carbs - bagels, muffins, cereal.
offering the free breakfast that was great
bed pillows very small, need standard size pillows, needs updating in pillows for comfort
I like the location of the hotel.
On Monday-a holiday-we had our do not disturb sign on our door and housekeeping knocked extremely LOUD on our door and woke our son up. We were planning on letting him sleep in as we had a late night before and that made for an interesting rest of day.
good location and clean friendly staff
no smoking rooms as advertised and couldn't get a king bed as liked
Food is right across the street
When you turned the bathroom light on the fan automatically comes on which made the room smell like smoke. The a/c unit was not consistent.
Breakfast was average/adequate, could improve with more choices.
The cleaning staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed.
The room smelled of smoke and it was a non smoking room. The front desk clerks were not friendly. I had to request a trundle bed 3 times before demanding it be brought to our room and when it did come it was broke. The Wi-fi did not work. Th
clean and comfortable
Incompetent staff, wasted at least an hour trying to check in and check out. I used price line and prepaid they kept telling me my card was declined, it was embarrassing and frustrating.
It was located near shops, it had a nice parking area, the staff went out of their way to replace a broken air conditioning unit that was not working in our room, there was a discrepancy with the booking in process but the hotel reimbursed me for the diff
Very helpful staff as Priceline booked a smoking room and she accommodated a move.
