We are a newly opened, family-run bed and breakfast offering our guests a warm welcome, recently modernised rooms, a delicious breakfast and a homemade cake on arrival.We are in a quiet location only a ten minute walk from the centre of York and the York Racecourse. We have three double rooms on offer, from just 30 per person, per night. All rooms have a television, tea and coffee making facilities and private en-suite facilities with a power shower.
