Location, room quality, view from Starwood preferred quest floor.
The room is very comfortable. The position is great, near the opera house and Mimara, near the tram stop (the trams 12 and 17 in few minutes take you to the main square, Trg Jelacic).
Breakfast too expensive. We did not have brakfast there, prefering two excellent bars near the hotel and the Opera House (one is named Hemingway and is very stylish).
