Pros (+) Big room, cheap price, adequate furnishings. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a Ukrainian hotel!
Cons (-) The entire hotel smelled of smoke, the staff were not welcoming and very impersonal, the physical condition of the hotel is not great.
