The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, discreet, and cheerful. The decoration, ambiance, and layout is extremely pleasing. The spa is exceptional, one of the best in Switzerland.

Pros (+) The room we stayed in was amazing. The design and style is so unique, yet super comfortable. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. I had a massage that I wish had gone on for another hour.
