Pros (+) Location, amenities, room HVAC was not working but the staff responded and fixed it quickly. They were willing to move us if needed.

Pros (+) Very clean, updated, friendly staff, great room-- best beds. A quick walked to the board walk from the hotel. A soul food restaurant one block up the street.
Cons (-) I wish breakfast was included, however a fridge was in the room, just bring some food or snacks.
