The front desk lady on pm shift took forever to check us in and kept getting “off track” on checking us in.also noticed other people taking while to get check in.also was no where front desk when we needed towels for pool and found her in the pool room playing with the kids instead of carrying hand held phone also don’t understand why they don’t accept cash for payment when there card on file ! Pros (+) Used kayak to book the one night stay on the day of. Very quick and convenient to do it online.
Cons (-) Got to the hotel at midnight to check in and they didn't have our room clean. The front desk staff was awesome but it was a one woman show on their busiest weekend. She cleaned our room shortly after she realized but we sat for about 45 mins waiting to get into our room. When we checked out we got credited back half of the room which should've been "comp'd" for the whole room. It was a mess. I tri...
