I had back trouble prior to my flight and everyone was great about helping me.

My tv was broken on the flight which is disappointing when you pay for a seat and expect a service

Always delays from Boston to Salt lake but this time was very long. Don’t understand while they board the passengers and then make them sit in the plane

The boarding and flight were ok, but there were several painful issues. The flight was 3:20 in the air and almost four hours door to door, but they only had snack packs on the plane. They really need to have food on longer flights or make it clear to everyone that they won’t have food. They also advertise free WiFi, but it did not work for 90% of this flight. Again, almost four hours door to door. If I had known I was flying spirit for JetBlue prices then I would have planned differently.

Service for food to our seat was a bit slow. Snack choices were just pretzels or baked chips. My seat cushion was not attached. Other than Barbie, video choice were not very good or current.

After we landed, we were held on the plane for 30 minutes. There was no one at the gate once we landed and we forced to sit on a plan that had already over an hour delayed.

almost 4 hour delay as they over booked and had to wait for 8-10 volunteers to agree to travel next day.

Old plane. No outlets for laptop or phone. Seats worn out. Area around seat dirty.

I loved the flight and the crew. It was comfortable and smooth.

The crew was openly hostile and condescending to the customers. They spent the majority of that time in the rear talking and seemed really agitated when people asked questions. I heard five different people told that the information they requested was in the handout or safety brief.

In economy and food was ok, but with limited leg space (and I was in a 2 seat configuration) it was difficult to eat with a tiny seat tray. I spilt wine on my trousers. First time on British Air (I usually fly Turkish Air) and in a 777. Heathrow was pleasant but changing terminals awkward.

British Airways planes are too old verses other airlines, followed by luggage not turning up, with a customer service team unhelpful in trying to locate or send to hotel was appalling. 3 days without suitcases on a leg that flies 2 x daily.

As expected for a BA long haul flight in economy - you get what you pay for. Good leg space, in flight entertainment and food and drink provided. Staff on the return flight (overnight) we're a bit brisk and just wanted to get everyone fed and watered before turning the lights down. We're vegetarian so ordered it separately through the booking, although when we were in flight we realised there was a normal and vegetarian option anyway, and we were given vegan. This is fine, however on the return trip we were told there were no more specially ordered meals left, so be aware in case you have specific dietary requirements.

Quick boarding Clean aircraft Departure delayed but landed early Evening wrap was very good, breakfast was okay.

We were kept waiting at the gate for 2 hours without explanation

On boarding, I used the bathroom. There was dirt (perhaps food) on the bathroom floor, and the sink in the bathroom was overflowing (old dirty water in the sink). There was zero entertainment, no charging capabilities for phones, and there was no food. The only complimentary beverage was a cup of water. This is atrocious for a 4 hour international flight. British Airways should be embarassed!

I was unable to input the API information in online. I phoned and a member of staff input it for me, however when I went to check in online was told that I had not entered the API needed. It took 7 seperate calls to get all the information added. I added bags separately to booking the flights. When I went to check bags in at the airport and print the lable the machine kept telling me I didn't have bags, despite the online information telling me that I had. A helpful member of staff at Gatwick sorted and printed the lables.

Horrible experience! We sat in the plane at the gAte and had a delay of about 4 hours! Captain said it was due to the tug not being able to disengage from the aircraft . When we finally took off it was evident that we had missed out connection and tbough BA rebooked us on a later flight it caused us to miss an orientation meeting and dinner in Geneva. Once in the second flt from gatwick to Geneva we again were delayed( again sitting in the plane )for an hour after boarding waiting for apparently an air traffic problem to resolve. Another annoyance was paying seat fees twice to upgrade our seats towards the front of the plane to ensure overhead cabin space and were told at the gate they are boarding from the rear! This should be stated when making reservations!! On the first flight from Jfk there was a sick person on board snd they asked for assistance. For the rest I of the flight a person kAyed on the glue if the planes covered in blankets . Very unsettling to say the least!I have several flights booked with BA and I’m seriously rethinking this. Good flight. Was delayed, but that wasn’t a big deal. The crew were nice. Unfortunately the seats still recline, I had to ask the passenger in front of me to get her seat upright, as she made herself too comfortable and I was unable to move in my seat. EasyJet seats are fixed now to avoid such aggravation. About one third of the plane was empty, but when I checked in before departure, I was unable to change my seat without incurring expenses. That leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.

Awful flight. My pre-booked seat was given to a crew member and I was substituted with an awful seat next to the toilet. When I asked about it I was treated with contempt for daring to ask. Par for the course on BA at present.
