TERRIBLE! Staff was unfriendly, rude, and demeaning. One flight attendant touched me to grab the complimentary blanket off my neck because I couldn't take it home, while a bunch of other people took theirs home. I have never been so ill treated. I am not happy at all. And flight was delayed, no information until short notice for everything. Lost an entire day at my destination. I expect a full refund for that experience. Never will fly with them EVER again

My return flight has been changed to JFK from EWR without any notice or reason

The flight was on time and loading was fine. I really disliked that all drinks other than coffee or tea had a cost. Deplaning was also an issue as people did not wait for those in front of them to get out before they pushed forward

I paid for wifi and it worked about a total of 5 min. Feel ripped off

Overall, this flight team did a fantastic job. They came often with the water, coffee and tea. There was no meal choice in coach, but the lasagna lunch was decent. The sandwich snack just before landing was tasty. The baggage bins were large, so no trouble holding carry on luggage.

Good friendly service and food - The seats in business class are old, too hard and not very comfortable.

Last minute cancelation, though a substitute flight was found I could not pick my meal or seat. The hotel offered didn't have working air control or shower.

Old plane with terrible business class seats - good food and service. Boarding was a joke with business class boarding last.

Best airline to travel on a budget- really like their reasonably priced access to the SAS lounges where available.

Short flight, some waiting to board, but no issues and no frills.

Cons: "I have never got in almost 13 hours of flight and was not even offered glass of water or any food!!! Norwegian flights are not providing any beverages or food and when I asked they told me I should have added food options on my booking???? That’s the most unbelievably weirdest and inhuman flight I have ever took. Will definitely make sure not to do same mistake ever again!"

Cons: "Norwegian used an extremely old Wamos A320 aircraft instead of one of their own 787s. The seats were not only uncomfortable, but also so tightly arranged that my knees touched the back of the front seat, and I am an average 6 feet tall. Inflight entertainment options were available only through the Wamos app, which could not be downloaded on the plane (and Norwegian had not mentioned during check in). Unless for people with pre-ordered food, it was not possible to buy even water until about 3 1/2 hours into the flight. The flight to BCN on a Norwegian plane was okay, but the prospect of another such return experience makes it very questionable to book this airline again."
Cons: "Premium cabin service and amenities very poor. No snacks available with premium ticket. Also no socks or hygiene products typically available on other business class flights. Will not fly Norwegian again."
Cons: "No where in the booking was it made clear that this was a self transfer flight. Causing many headaches and hassles getting off the plane and having to recheck in all baggage and printing new boarding passes. After dealing with it I was searching for flights and checking to see if it was self transfer and even knowing it’s a thing it is difficult to see if a flight is or not."

Cons: "The JFK Norwegian staff at the check in desk were probably the most rude and unprofessional staff i have ever met. The line was around the corner, it took forever to get service and the check in personnel were rude, arorgant and just miserable.. Worst flying eperience EVER1"
