Seat and leg space is much better than the Qatar airline. The crew I would like to say is not meeting the requirements of emirates airlines cause it almost 20 years I am flying with emirates this time I really feel that crew is not behaving well someone asked for water waited more than 30 minutes and there are more incidents in this flight.

The lounge Emirates uses at Jeddah airport is horrible even with the opening of the new section. Food selection is poor and never enough seating . Staff are not friendly. Boarding process at Jeddah always an absolute mess

Had the salad which tasted awfully spat it out but still got food poisoning 1 after running to toilet crew would not let me sit near toilets I was stuck in window seat

I liked theAVML food. Taste was alright and quantity was enough. Sometimes during the flight I felt that the smell from toilet was coming to the cabin

Overall emirates continues to amaze me with their. Awesome service . I had shifted away from emirates , because I lost luggage and watch in emirates in 2019 that drifted me away from this airline , but I am willing to give it try

On both legs of my trips (Jhb - Dxb and Dxb - Jhb) the entertainment system did not work.

My parents travelled through emirates for the first time. They were happy with the service provided and the travel.

1. Please deploy better trained and courteous staff. 2. Wheel chairs be available at all steps of layover till boarding gate. 3. Food services be also improved . 4. TV and phone charging facility be also provided.

Cabin crew were not welcoming.was expecting excellent after traveling in Emirates from Houston to Dubai.

Suddenly Flight has been change by Qatar and there’s no information is there of us from Bom to Doha and counter person is behaving like Qatar owner next I will not buy Qatar and I will not suggest anyone to fly in Qatar

Fantastic, the 787-9 is a very beautifully designed plane and it was a pleasure to fly in the Qsuite. The suite did feel slightly smaller than the 777 variant, and the suite door also felt smaller, as I felt more exposed as passengers and crew walked past. Food was too notch, and the service was fantastic. I wish they’d enforce boarding zones more effectively, but otherwise they did really well.

The staff at the check in lied. I requested aisle seats he said he gave me aisle seats. In actuality he only gave me aisle seat for 2 hour Karachi to Doha flight. From Doha to Dallas flight he gave me middle seat .

Wore experience due to delay and took me 3 days to reach my destination.

I would advice everybody not to fly by Indigo, no entertainment in flight, rude behavior of staff, worst experience of my life

Food could be much better. Entertainment needs lot of improvement. The luggage came out open with broken bags. The flight landed at 3:15 PM in US and by the time bags came out it was 5:15 PM or so. Staff at airport was aggressive and not polite.

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. This booking was as a result of stolen identity and hacking my debit account. I reported it to my bank. The thief tried to book two flights, maybe more. Hopefully, Kayak will be able to block fraudulent bookings and charges better in the future.

Entertainment on all 4 business class seats were terrible audio and could barley hear. The 11 hour layover in Riyadh was a nightmare and no one told us that nightmare matter what we do or what we were willing to pay there were no places to rest or sleep and nine of the lounges allow you to enter them no matter what unless you are 4 hours or less from flight time. With a 78 yearold mother with me this is ridiculous. The employees of the airline in Riyadh and of the lounge treated us like servants or lower class people. Never again

I wonder why checking carry on bags while the checking process was done by Moroccan security. Is it question of trust or Morocco security system is not qualified enough?

Thw pla e was freezing by dar the cildest flight i’ve been on. The seats are comfortable the leg room is spacious and the seat is in leather very confy. Unfortunately old plane so no plugs the entertainment is limited the inflight internet is very expensive 20$ per hour for 50mb on a 17h you will take 2 times to contact your family and work. At this cost it goes very quick very high. The food is very mediocre A breakfast tastless A snack A meal super spicy A lot of improvement are to be made

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

In general terms the service was excellent. I would ask that they add more content in Spanish to the catalog of movies, series and music.

Quality of service on board was very inconsistent. FA service primarily seemed robotic and they barely engaged with passengers

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Flight canceled and then “uncanceled” after I booked are placement. I had to pay for both a Turkish Air doesn’t admit their mistake

Flight attendants were harsh, food could be better, took way too long to pick up food trays, were stuck with the crying babies the entire to and from trip. Restrictions of 8 kg for cabin luggage is ridiculous that’s barely 2 pairs of pants, shirts, shoes. There shouldn’t be any restrictions on the carry on luggage size except the checked in luggage. Attendants don’t even help with putting luggage in cabin space. Attendant picked up food tray and spilled cherry juice all over my husband and has the nerve to come back to ask why he hadn’t changed his clothes.

M pretty much done with kayak and all other booking webs and apps. Scams all around my long trip.. Losing hundreds of $$ in extra charges and delays. Done with Turkish airline too. I will never use Kayak again for any of my bookings in the future!

Istanbul to Miami Sector the plane was nice and clean except for no WiFi during the entire flight. The flight from Karachi to Istanbul was another story .The sad part is we paid for business class to be comfortable. The foot rest didn’t work. The flight attendant had to push the seat to put to recline position and/or put it back. This was not only for me but for other passengers in business class. The tray table would not come out so had to get help from the passenger sitting next to me. I understand that they may have to use old planes but Turkish Airlines have to make sure that the things are functional especially the duration of flight is six hours and they are charging a lot of money. It seemed that i was flying a domestic sector instead of an international flight.

1st of all on February 27th Abu Dhabi to Delhi flight the seat wasn't comfortable at all, coming back the Lounge at Abu Dhabi didn't have anything. Than the Food in the flight

Good range of movies but lacking decent tv shows. Wifi was really expensive on this flight, considering flights under 7 hours have a $9.99 USD charge for streaming, to jump up to $24.99 for a 7 hour 40 flight seemed a little bit of a rip off. Staff are inattentive, and really need to improve on the customer experience.

In my opinion, Etihad Airways is a first rate airline except for one important element. On the day before my return flights, when I chose my seats on the Etihad website I was charged an additional $55 (US) in order to sit on the aisle. I was not at all happy about this additional "hidden" charge and I felt cheated.

I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHT ON KAYAK. THEY SHOW BETTER FARES AND AFTER I BOOKED MINE, I FIND OUT THAT IT DID NOT INCLUDE LUGGAGE. i HAD TO PAY $800 TO CHECK IN MY BAGS.

Short travel duration. However, I had placed meal preference while booking my air ticket but was given vegetarian meal on board. Food was okay. Not so great. Didn't like Spanish eggplant, cold chickpeas salad. No hot soup was available. Everything cold cold only.
