The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.

I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.

One of their staff was so rude with discriminative. Such a reputed airline shouldn't hire such kind of arrogant attendants.

The boarding was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The fault lays on Ohare Airport and not so much the airline. The waiting area by the gate was the size to accommodate a regional flight for 20-30 people and right next to a busy walkway. When you cramped nearly 300 passengers into that space is was unbearable.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Good aorcraft 777 but Worst food ever Breakfast was a bû’with matonnaise… Staff was nice but invisible most of the flight

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

The crew was great and handled our unexpected detour with proactive communication.

United WiFi is consistently unusable (it can take 10 mins to load a single web page). If you need Wifi to do work, be prepared to lose half a day of productivity.

I was not able to buy food in the flight. They refer to include your Credit card in the APP, and if you are not from USA (i have a credit card form Canada) it is not possible

The overall ambiance was good. Seating ain the last row not so pleasant.

Textbook great flight. On-time departure and arrival, clean plane, good food, friendly flight attendants. Checked baggage delivered promptly.

Liked Seat space in Premium Plus Disliked delay, poor management of boarding groups, missed meal at landing.

Onboarding - it would be great to see on the screen what group they were boarding. It was very confusing on who was boarding (even though they called it out) they were not clear and the space to board was strange.

I had a great flight experience on United Airlines. This was my first time flying on United and i have nothing negative to say. As a person with a visual disability, I received reasonable accommodations. The flight crew was friendly and attentive in helping me and communicating safety protocols. I really appreciate that they came to speak with me. I felt safe and comfortable flying on United. I also liked their snacks! They taste much better than the snacks offered by other airlines.

I had requested wheelchair assistance prior to flight. The airport staff had no record of it. It was not provided at Cedar Rapids which was a small airport, so I managed on my own. At O'Hare airport the same thing happened. The staff told me they had no record of my request for a wheel chair. But they finally provided it after a delay when I insisted that I needed it.

My flight was 3 hours late, which caused me to miss my connection in Denver. Further, this connecting flight was then Later canceled. This required me to stay another night an hour and a half away, and rent the rental car for an additional Night. I am still waiting for United Airlines to reimburse me for the inconvenience and Expense of having to extend my rental Car for An additional Day. Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.

The flight, the staff and the airplane were all fantastic. I highly recommend.

Service on plane was appalling. Cabin crew did not want to help with anything. Window darkening screen did not work so we had to sit in the sun for a few hours until it went down. TV screen did not work and cabin crew just shrugged their shoulders and did not care. We waited for over 2 hours for headphones so we could try watch one screen between 2 people. We had to go to back of plane to request basic water as crew never responded to call request. Will be letting many others know to warn them off ever using Air Europa. Total disaster of their own making

Terrible app. Working off paper stickies for seat reservations doesn’t work anymore.

Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.

I like Air Europa in the way you make passengers feel important, well attended the whole trip.!It was first time in your company and hope I can repeat this experience many more times!

Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.

Onboarding process and crew was excellent and efficient, Information display was great. Keep on the good work and same standard. Nothing to change.

Totally unprofessional crew, lack of empathy and disrespectful responses. Flight got delayed for Mechanical issue for 3 hours got on the runway then back, then disembarked and just waiting with no one explaining anything and missed my connecting due to that.. the crew total lack of professionalism is totally unseen anywhere.

Flights from MADRID to CARACAS and back Seats on the plane were too uncomfortable for a 9 hour trip, especially when the flight was completely full. Crew treated passengers as if we were cattle. Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!

Offered vegetable curry when it was actually tofu which I don’t care for.

British Airways planes are too old verses other airlines, followed by luggage not turning up, with a customer service team unhelpful in trying to locate or send to hotel was appalling. 3 days without suitcases on a leg that flies 2 x daily.

The boarding process was a disaster. No one respects the boarding groups—tired old aeroplane. There are no sockets to charge phones. The cushion seats are ancient and hurts back and gluts

Did not know about the baggage fees with economy basic and spent 450 GBP (nearly$600) just on bags for a total of less than 2 hours flying time (50 minutes one way) on a round trip lasting less than 3 days. Customers check their own bags at kiosk and place on conveyor themselves. No reason for such an high cost of checking bags when customers do half the work. Some destinations it’s unavoidable, but will definitely seek other airlines before British Airways for future travel. Astronomically high price for bags. Our first experience flying British Airways and very, very disappointed. Completely overpriced for the services we received.

Both mine and my husband's chairs were broken. Also it took 2 hours to get our bags after our flight which was wild.

Having traveled from Canada through Seattle -London-Edinburgh with only carry on ( to keep trip uncomplicated ) We had to check our hand luggage at the gate as flight was full This was really annoying since due to their late flight in from Seattle we’d missed our orginal flight to Edinburgh and had been put on a flight four hours later We had no checked luggage with no need to go to the baggage carousel Very annoying

To take off on time but warned about a possible delay by enail which was good

perhaps eye contact with the cabin crew, instead of abruptness and an impatience to serve.
