A very good 3* hotel in the middle of town. Perfect for those wanting to explore Knysna and the surrounding area but also want to relax back at the hotel. There is a small swimming pool and sundeck where guests can relax and have a drink. The pool area is surrounded by tropical plants and the hotel as a whole has well maintained plants everywehere. There is also a bar on the first floor which has train memorabilia. (AHJ 0608) Made completely from wood, the hotel is 2 storeys tall and has a train theme throughout. Situated right in the middle of Knysna and just a 2 minute walk from all of the excellent shops, bars and restaurants at the popular Quays where boat trips and cruises can be arranged.
