Pros:The location is without a doubt beautiful- however you can tell the resort needs some updating. Simple things like softer lighting, modern decorations, and new furniture in common areas would truly make this place a five star hotel. That aside, the pool/bar area is beautiful, and worth spending the time at. The rooms are huge, with amazing shower/waterfall built in. Private balconies give a sense of exlcusiveness and general feeling of getting away.
Cons:Only bar/snack area onsite didn't open until 6pm. The main restaurant food was not very good, which is unfortunate because it's where the free breakfast came from. We needed staff to come turn the private room jacuzzi on and off (which they did right away, so that's a perk), and again, just a general outdated feel in the main areas.

Pros:The location the rooms the pool and the restaurants were all amazing The staff was friendly and courteous. The staff was friendly and courteous. We got excellent customer service from John Carlo, Alan and Ana. it was amazing!
