Pros: Only down side, no elevator
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Breakfast. Friendly staff.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming early 1900's hotel. Appeared to be well kept, and clean. In fact we were out for the evening and came back after midnight, we saw the desk clerk actually wiping down the wood moldings and doors in the lobby as we came in. I can't recall the last time I saw a front desk clerk dusting and cleaning at a hotel, it was reassuring to see. Loved the wide creaky stairs with the thick carpeting. The doors to the rooms still had the old vintage door knobs. Pictures of the hotel, area and people from the past 100 years lined the walls. Very quaint. Room was the small, high ceiling typical room of that era, a bed, side dresser table, night stands, place to hang clothes and a small bathroom. Tv was on the wall. It had everything you need for a place to leave your stuff while you head out and then come back to sleep. Very much like a hotel you'd experience in many other parts of the world. Clean, simple. That particular section of downtown Chilliwack has a small village feel to it, which we like as opposed to a parking lot chain hotel in the middle of nowhere. This hotel is surrounded by little shops, diners, and the area seemed fine to walk in. We had breakfast downstairs in the restaurant then walked down the street & back looking in shop windows for 20 mins before packing up and heading out.
Cons: Unfortunately the bed was terribly hard, and because of that I couldn't get very comfortable. That is the only reason I can't give it a better rating.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The antique hotel charm and the included breakfast.
Cons: There was some.hair on the bathroom ceiling from previous guests and the soap dispenser was not working properly but it was late and we didnt want to bother anyone.

8.0 Excellent

8.3 Excellent
Pros: A very good breakfast was included in the price.
6.5 Good
Pros: The hotel was just fine, seemed clean, and the staff was friendly.
Cons: My only complaint is that the room was HOT! In February...there was a thermostat but it clearly didn't work.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old hotel with plenty of history. Love how they’ve restored it.
Cons: It was stuffy in the room through the night. They need to turn the heat off and air conditioning on.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, willingness to help and knowledge of the area. Lots of amenities in walking distance.
Cons: It gets a bit scatchy during the night time. It is the better part of town but still be aware what you leave visible in the car.
4.0 Okay
Cons: After checking in, the room was very cold,TV did not work, one of the double beds collapsed, the shower was not properly cleaned. Brought these deficiencies to the front desk staff who said we had to move to another room (after packing many boxes and settling in, we had to repack and move. There was little in apology for any of the problems. Upon checking out the manager was aapparantly advised of the previous evenings problems by the desk staff and I received a "sorry 'bout that" and charged the full amount to my card even after reminding him I am a regular customer of theirs. Pretty poor PR in my book
5.0 Okay
Pros: Curb appeal was nice. Recently renovated
Cons: Pillows were flat/cheap and had to ask to have new bedding, as there was hair in the sheets. They did compensate us for it, but still....

Pros: Pool
Cons: Food
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean hotel and beautiful pools
6.0 Good
Pros: The hot swimming pools are great and all the staffs are really friendly. The coffee break is fantastic with a lot of options.
Cons: The bedroom is quite old without a fan inside the washroom. After a shower, the vapor goes in all the bedroom, making it humid and uncomfortable. We need to leave the windows open to make the bedroom better (I went in February, that the weather was around 1 celsius).
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice to get a break in a hot pool. friendly staff
Cons: Felt more like a water park than a resort and spa. Kids running around up stairs late at night and early morning could be heard like elephants running around. We bought breakfast in the cafe and went for a stroll to find out the buffet room was down the hall, poorly signposted.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Rustic charm, location, Hot springs.
Cons: There was something weird under the carpet that crackled when we stood in a certain spot and the shower squealed. Our server at dinner was a little less than charming.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Most of the staff were amazing, it’s shch great value, the pools are so relaxing and nice and clean. The environment the pools are in can’t be beat, so lush and wild. The family pool was great even for my infant, and the adults only pool is nice because it’s hotter. The resort is so grand and old. Harrison is always such a treat.
Cons: Some of the staff weren’t the nicest but they were the exception. The walls in the old part of the hotel are very very thin, so you can hear a lot and it’s easy to get a noise complaint even when talking at a reasonable volume. However, staying in the old part of the hotel adds to its charm so I’d go again, it’s just something to be aware of.

Pros: The staff were helpfull and friendly.Because of the time difference they worked around my time difference-time zone-which i thought was very thoughtfull and accomidating.
Cons: For the money i paid for my stay was way too much more they my expectations.I was stuck in a very small room even though the hotel had a lot of empty rooms.Could not open curtains because where i was,was directly in line of people comeing and going. There was nothing on tv to watch because it was" Basic cable-Basic!" even though they had a box on the tv that would allow. someone to watch much, much more than was offered.the picture of the the room i stayed was no near what i walked into.It was like they put brand new furniture and bedding, and then replaced it very old furiture or they used a very old picture of when they did furnish the room with very new furnishing and the pictuer was 10-15 years ago.If i had not booked online,i would have changed hotels like"ASAP" but then i would have had to forfiet the money i paid up front.I don't think i will be useing online deals again.I want to know what i'm dealing with up front, not when i arrive!

Pros: Shower was wonderful! Landscaping was beautiful. Close to the venue we were attending so very convenient. Very quiet - no noisy neighbors.

Pros: The view was great and it was easily accessible to restaurants and shopping. Called the night manager twice after hours and our needs were immediately met.
Cons: Very very squeaky bed, no clock, icy entrance, dog feces on the floor in the restaurant, the dog was in the restaurant barking and came at us till the owner grabbed it. We were not forewarned about extremely limited staff and there was never anyone at the reception desk within the given reception hours. Had to call the night manager the night before we left to get a receipt for our room.

6.0 Good
Pros: The location is the most ideal
Cons: They have no intention of fixing their whirlpool so it should not be considered as an amenity. Also the rooms are pretty broken down but fairly clean, I emphasize fairly
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was great to the lake and the public (hot spring) pool. Staff was very kind and responsive. I may recommend the place only for folks without children due to the condition of the hotel.
Cons: The hotel shows its age. At least its carpets better be replaced with new ones SOON. The rooms are non-smoking, but I could smell strong smoking odor in the hall ways, especially on the 3rd floor.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed, restaurant: Shogun
Cons: First check in clerk did not seem to know & I waited 30 minutes to sleep for thinner pillows
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, and tub.plus location and size of the room.
Cons: That the jets weren’t working in the tub.that the hot tub wasn’t available for use.
1.0 Poor

9.0 Excellent
Pros: It's an overall worth place to stay!
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff is always wonderful!!
Cons: Still needs updates, and recycle soaps
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was adequate for the price.
Cons: The rooms are a little tired. They need a revamp to bring it into the 21st century. The breakfast options were very limited, with fruit that had been sitting out since 6am, no dairy alternatives, over cooked boiled eggs and a poor choice of cereal. We were very disappointed. I would have been happier paying $5-10 for a nicer continental selection, with the possibility of a cooked breakfast.
4.2 Okay
Pros: location is good & free passes to public pool in resort.
Cons: Night staff was not good . There is no single water bottle in rooms , when we call room service for water. He said , they ll not provide & recommend nearest gas station
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location is good. It only takes 2 mins to walk to the lake.
Cons: Only one light in the room had lightbulb, so it was very dark at the night. There was not shower curtain, so the water was every where after shower.
6.3 Good
Pros: Centrally located near main tourist attraction - pool and good restaurants. Although the one in the hotel, I wouldn't recommend.
Cons: Looked worn and tired. Had to get keys reprogrammed because they didn't work.

Pros: The little Asian lady who runs the place is adorable. She picked flowers from the garden for my wife and gave them to her saying she was as beautiful as the flowers. She knew who I was without even needing my reservation number and didn’t have to pre-auth anything. Just paid the price for the nights and was asked to clean the dishes in the room before we left. Easy to do.
Cons: Beds need replacing. But room was cheap so I wasn’t expecting the Ritz.
