Cons:The cleanliness of the room. The shower had hair all over the walls called and complained we left the room at 7am and came back at 2 and shower still wasn’t cleaned, there was someone else’s shoes under the bed. All around poor job of cleaning the room. Would not recommend and will not return.

Pros:Linens were clean and air conditioner worked great.
Cons:Older hotel. Very little focus on guests. No extras. The smell was horrible upon arrival. The hotel is extremely dated and monies have not been invested to keep this hotel relevant to the 3 hotels directly across the street. The wi-fi didn't work and no one was able to help us. The TV didn't have channels for the kids and the guide didnt match the channels. Directions were unclear for us and for another guest, over hearing his conversation with the staff convinced me to not inquire because they were not at all helpful with this. Chose this hotel with 'free breakfast' as an addition I prefer. They offered a waffle with no butter because they ran out. They offered coffee with no creamer because they had ran out. Also offered OJ and milk. They had 2 choices of generic cereal, apples and I think they had bagels. We ate breakfast at 7 am and they were already out of product and had no intention of replenishing for the rest of the guests which had 2 more hours to eat breakfast. I will only stay here again as a LAST RESORT and only with the kids. I would be ashamed to take my wife here again. My kids are 2 and 4 and they said "this place is terrible, it has monsters." While I promote creativity I can definately see how easily they came to this conclusion.

Cons:Paint peeling in bathtub. Short in lamps causing lights to flicker or not turn on at all. Air conditioner inefficient.
