Cons: It smelled bad. It cost more than it should have for what I got. There was no freezer in the refrigerator. Fortunately the staff was nice.
We stayed in this hotel before the new owners bought it. They have worked very hard to upgrade it. There were many improvements. However, the restaurant needs help. The food was very dried out on the buffet when we went in to supper.
Pros: They gave us an upgrade to a 'suite' for the same price. The suite was nice but consisted of 2 large rooms, each with a kingsize bed. It would have been better if one room had a sleep sofa so as to be more like a living room.
Cons: I found a roach in the shower!
Typical small town motel, friendly folks, etc.
Pros: Very attractive, unique design. Good location. Good price.
Cons: The hotel had not received my reservation from Price Line. We had a little trouble finding our room, confusing layout.
Pros: Location was the ONLY thing I liked about the hotel
Cons: The hotel was filthy, hair was everywhere and bugs so I didn't stay...wasted my money because it was non-refundable.
Pros: The location was the ONLY thing I liked about the hotel!
Cons: The rooms were filthy, there was hair all over the sink, tub and floor. There were dead bugs on the floor and live ones still crawling. I did not stay at the hotel, I lost all my money because it was non-refundable!
Pros: Clean. big, nice flat-screen TV.
Cons: Bedbugs. 'Nuff said.
Management offered free internet/cable and that was the highlight of the stay. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal and juice that wasn't fresh. Overall this Days Inn was not pleasing.I would not recommend this Days Inn to my family/friends.
Cons: The carpet needed vacuuming/shampooing. The toilet seat was peeling and the toilet paper holder kept falling out of the wall because it wasn't screwed in. I requested fresh laundered washclothes and towels and was told they didn't have anymore.
Pros: Pretty quiet. Room was clean. We rented the rooms to make it to The Masters in Augusta. Easy 1 hr drive to Augusta.
Cons: Not specific to this hotel, but they approx. tripled the room rate because of The Masters, 1 hr. away.
I was extremely disappointed. Even though the price of the room was low as compared to other facilities in the area, I did not feel that it warranted such disgusting accommodations. If I hadn't pre-paid, and if I could have found any other accomodations, I would not have stayed on the premises. I had customers with me and was extremely embarrassed.
Pros: There was NOTHING about this hotel that was acceptable and fit for human occupation. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Cons: The hotel was filthy-cigarette butts under the beds, dirty sheets that had hairs on them, carpets not vacuumed. Bathroom was not clean -- I showered with my sox on for fear of a fungal infection.
Overall the room was clean. The lobby however was kinda gross & smelled. Booking with Priceline it was suppose to beXXX however the hotel saidXXX but yet they charged meXXX this is the 3rd time this has happened with Priceline & will deff be the last. After taking a shower the vent fell out of the ceiling so I'd watch out for that. Like I said this was simply somewhere to sleep at night if you're wanting to stay in and chill by the pool this isn't your place. As far as location goes it's a little to in the ghetto for me.
Pros: This was simply somewhere to sleep at night. It was close to the town we were headed to for a event.
Pros: Location was great!
Cons: Cleanliness was poor and rooms were dated!
Pros: close to final destination
Cons: 1 room smelled like cat liter 1 room over powering smell of pine 1 room did not have same furniture as all other 1 room smoke alarm laying on top of microwave cabinet
This hotel was an older hotel but it was clean and the staff was friendly. I did called ahead to let them know I would be a late check-in and they said it was okay. I toilet seat was a little loose and would slide when you sat down. For a place to crash at the end of the day it is a good value for your money. I think they need a bigger selection for their Continental Breakfast.
Pros: The location was close to where we would be participating in the Cooter Festival.
Cons: There was only enough regular coffee for one person to have a cup and the other would have to have Decaf. Continental Breakfast selection was not all that great.
