Pros:Pool and location was great.
Cons:Casino was toooooooo cold and Smokey. Could almost put up with smoke but it was so cold had to have cup of coffee in my hands just to be able to use my fingers.

Cons:Room was old and musty poolside rooms were insect infested-just because I went through Kayak I felt I was given the worse rooms. My sister's TV did not work and three maintainece men could not figure it out. I have stayed at Treasure Bay at least 12 times and this was the worse stay ever!!!!!! The best part was the Buffet-very disappointed in hotel. The soap dispenser in the shower fell and cut my toe! My sister's didn't even have soap!!!!!!! Shame on you Treasure Bay!

Pros:We went for my mother's 50th birthday and had a blast. The staff were amazing and the service was great. We had about 4 generations attend the celebration, some who gambled and some who did not, and everyone had a ball. The kids were about to walk across the street to visit the beach, the gamblers were able to hit the casino, and others just enjoyed the nice accommodations. The rooms were spacious and clean and food was good!

Pros:how to room with a pool side view and the tub had hair the car but had not been vacuumed and the Fourier Kyle still needed to be cleaned. Called for an upgrade and was given another room at no cost but lost the view.

Pros:coffee pot in room, blow dryer and etc in room......
Cons:the A/C did not cool off room, and when asked why I couldn't call next door, it was because my deposit was in CASH because I did not read the FINE PRINT that said I needed $100 credit card.......I was told that the room normally runs $139 and since I already received a discount from KAYAK, that I was not entilted to any SENIOR Citizen discounts.....And because I was handicapped SORRY, but no accomodations for that to my room.

Cons:TV in the bathroom was in a bad location. Housekeeping workers were rude and inconsiderate. Entire lobby smells like smoke.

Pros:The room was great the casino very friendly machines and personell food was reasonable and good.
Cons:Smoke was very thick in several places due to my wifes allgerys we couldn't stay long in the casino.

Pros:Bed was comfortable.
Cons:At check-in, I was told the room had "limited Gulf View". Upon arrival to room we noticed that there was ABSOLUTELY NO view ! Outside our window (which didn't open) was a roof and a 10-12 foot wall!! We could see only a small amount of SKY if we looked straight up! Very poor!. Housekeeping awakened us at 8:40am even though we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign, AND we were checking out anyway that same day. Bathroom had been renovated, but we were not told there was no bathtub--only a shower. On the morning of Check-Out--there was only one (1) desk clerk, and the line of people waiting to check out was very long--poor management of front desk personnel!
