The room, staff, facilities and very good location - 10 min walk from the beach. Internet connection and more plugs in the room
Bring something against Mosquitos!
It was really great experience. Very nice staff, helphul and English - speking. Good breakfast.
SIlent place, close to city center, big balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV. The hotel is newly built, very clean and nice. Very helpful and friendly staff. No internet in the hotel, but you can use free wi-fi in a cafe, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The neaest beach is in about 5 minutes walk. Rather poor breakfast, but it's still OK.
Very good. Nothing
Close to beach and local town center, but 20 minutes away from Zadar. far away from Zadar
Good stay in Biograd n/M but only for one night. The whole city and beach is crowded not good for long relaxing stay for me.
very nice hotel, value for money, staff v helpful and friendly, clean and nice decorated rooms. The owner picked us up from the airport. a bit noisy in the morning...
beautiful hotel. room was spacious and clean. only a short walk to the water and the centre of town. and a lovely hostess.
The hotel was close to the sea and the town center. The room was clean and had everything we needed (small balcony, fridge, tv). I would say it was a bit too expensive for what it was. But it was probably as we had been there in main season.
We only stayed for one night before driving down the coast to our apartment.we chose the hotel because of its location to zadar airport and would definately stay overnight again .
Hotel is in a convenient location close to restaurants, good breakfast Room was reasonaby spacious, but not enough storage in room and bathroom. Towels very small.
A nice hotel with a good location in an attractive town in which to stay
hotel location, views, facilities, breakfast room was probably too cramped for 2 adults + 2 children
one of the few positive things about the hotel is that it accepts dogs we did not like the smelly bathroom, the non-functioning internet, the high price, the industrial breakfast, the small parking area
Location/food No night time activities. Music etc
The restaurant should be renovated, very poor salad buffet, poor breakfast. Dusty chairs on the balcony..
This hotel does definately not deserve the 4 stars! Apart the fact that the rooms are very small, especially the bathroom: Beds were not made, bathroom not clean, mini bar refilled only the second day. Personal very unfriendly!!
The reception staff went to great lengths to be helpful. Breakfast comprised of orange squash, unchilled fruit with flies, stodgy croisants and pastries and a very tired warm buffet.
We loved everything...can easily say that would recommend and go there again !!!
pool, bed bar breakfast fnished too early lack of food available
Hotel Adriatic is stylishly designed and offers clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel's outdoor facilities are very poor. The pool area is extremely small with only a handful of sun loungers and the rest of the outdoor space is a bar. As the outdoor bar, which plays surprisingly loud music, is open until 1am, there is no possiblity whatsoever of sleeping before this time. A comfortable, but certainly not relaxing, location.
breakfast Very loud music till 12 in evening at seaside, isolation not enough. Parkside the same with a fair every day and even worse music. Room very small, especially bathroom. No balcony, so no place to hang towels. Small terrace at swimming pool with only 6 chairs. Biograd itself 1 big fair, no authenticity. Absolutely no value for money (especially in high season).
The room had a nice balcony with a great view. Very very close to the beach (just cross the walking). There is a very nice bar with runs loud music until 1 am. If you plan to sleep early you should avoid this hotel.
Great location, friendly staff. Good breakfast provided and Biograd is a lovely lively town to stay in - comes to life at night and lots to do for young kids. Parking a little difficult if the hotel is full as car park fills quickly.
The buffet breakfast and evening meal were good. The rooms were generally ok, although there were problems with the shower and noise. It was very noisy - for some reason, they played loud music in the corridor all day until about midnight. There was also a lot of noise coming from the promenade nearby. Water leaked from the shower cubicle, making a huge puddle in the bathroom. This made washing very awkward, since the bathroom was very small. They charged extra for the balcony; this extra expense was not worthwhile, since you got the same view from a similar room without a balcony. The car park was very crowded, making it difficult to find a parking space. Overall, it was somewhat disappointing.
Beautiful hotel, great beach and bars, nice rooms location too far from cities, very touristy
I liked the design and the closeness to the sea The music in the bar at night. It could be more relaxing.......and not so stressing disco. It is a relaxing hotel, and the music should go with it.
Tasteful decor. Well designed en suite facilities, and very comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Easy access to seafront. Pleasant outdoor, heated pool. Attractive sun-bathing areas. Family-friendliness. Good breakfasts. Punches above its three-star rating. Shortage of storage space in room. Rooms & balconies a bit small. No safe deposit in rooms, but reception will allow use of hotel safe at no cost.
Location of the hotel is fairly good. It's on a quet road, in walking distance from the town and the beach. The room was very basic, definately not worth the price. Hotel staff was not very friendly and only 1 person spoke english.
room facilities, staff, location.
Beds were very comfortable.Within walking distance of the marina/beach.Staff accommodating. Limited TV channels to watch.Limited variety of rooms on offer.
There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this hotel. Avoid to stay there in all cases. There are much better hotels in Zadar and Trogir for the same or almost the price. Booking.com should take this hotel away from there site. It is really very bad. One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. Definitely not a 3* hotel, max. 1*. The breakfast was extremely bad! Without any doubt the worst I've ever seen. They call it Swedish style breakfast. In fact, it's the worst Sovjet-style breakfast you can imagine. Coffee and tea were not drinkable. The orange juice was a horrible chemical product. The omelette and the fried eggs were probably warming up already 2 hours on a heated plate. They looked fully dried out and dark yellow. Really disgusting. The bathroom was really very poor. Do not touch anything that is fixed on the wall, or you have it in your hands!
The hotel was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and very modern. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The best hotel I have every been to. I will return.
Nice room; very modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Air coditioning bearly worked, but wasn't overly necessary.
Paid 750 euro for 4 nights, because I was told it was a 3 bedroom apartment. Could have got the hotel room I was given for half that price! This was not the hotels fualt. It was booking.com who made this mistake. The hotel staff was very nice and helped us a lot.
A welcoming personal service from friendly family based hotel. Simple accomodation and breakfast but perfectly adequate. Beautiful sea views and balconies. Good bus service and easy walk to local restaraunts.
the best family hotel i ever stayed, warm meeting, pleasant, very helpful.
Maybe the price is a little bit dear. Far enough from restaurants and shops.
friendly people,. big balcony, easy parking proximity to the airport i suppose breakfast was a bit basic, bread and cheese, but i rarely eat breakfast anyway.
Hotel was clean, there was a breakfast and it was near the sea. Owner is a bit grumpy. Hotel is old, price is too high for what u get. No airconditioning.
It was family run and very friendly.
The staff were organised, friendly and obliging. The room was perfect for our requirements and good value for money. The whole building was spotlessly clean and breakfast on the terrace was a lovely relaxing experience.
Very friendly people. The accommodation is quiet and comfortable. The shower water pinks like needles, and there's no way to adjust.
Nice friendly owners and staff
The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast good. The rooms could do with modernization. The hotel management had a lot of rules for the guests.
Good breakfast. Very simple accomodation. Not for long stay.
Big rooms, clean towels every day, close to the beach, pleasant atmosphere and nice breakfast
Very kind and helpful owners doing their best for the guests. Good location right in front of the sea and very close to Zadar. The room was clean and comfortable. We liked the private parking suc as the free WiFi.
Very warm welcome by the owners.Nice place with very clean and comfortable rooms. This is our first time staying in this hotel. We absolute loved our stay and look forward to going back.
It is a simple, but nice hotel. Easily accesible. Sukosan is a good village to stay in if you want to visit Zadar or even Pag. Nice views. Very nice owners. Good and complete breakfast (excellent marmalade), in a nice porch. Some moskito bites during breakfast...! Not very good TV signal.
friendly staff. Excellent room, which was great value for money.
Close to swimming beach, friendliness of family. I called from bus stop for directions as I hadn't printed the directions available form their website) They missed the call but called back 2 min later and picked us up 5 min later.
Nice people, clean room, breakfast ok, quiet neighboorhood and close enough to some great places in Kroatia. I book there again for our next trip to Kroatia.
Friendly and helpful owners.. NA
great staff, great location close to beach.
We didn't arrive at the Villa until late at night after a flight from Stockholm and the hosts were waiting for us but they didn't have the room ready for us and we had to wait while they found the key. The room and bathroom was comfortable and fitted our needs. In fact since we have travelled for the next few days we have discovered that Villa Vilma was the only one with English speaking cable tv. The hosts were welcoming but they spoke very little English. The Villa is more like a B & B catering for guests in their own home. You have your breakfast in their lounge room which was fine for us but wouldn't appeal to a lot of people.
Breakfast simple but OK. The householder was nice and helpfull. We stayed in a very small room (possible it was a single but given for 2 adults) and not renovated. The furniture was old, bathroom very close to the bed, practically no space for the luggage around the bed. They have 2 categories of rooms, our friends were more lucky and they got a renovated room, a little bigger.
Friendly and very helpful
Clean little hotel and very friendly staff!Awersome breakfast!
Very friendly host, nice breakfast on the terras, nice clean ensuite room with private terras. The location is rather hard to find...
