A well maintained room and a refurbished, spacious bathroom. Very attentive staff and a high quality breakfast. And a white cat overlooks it all :o).
Given the space available, the layout of the bathroom could be better. You will need to do a bit of walking to get to the historic centre.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel as clean and tidy.
Pillows and bed were hard. The room wasn’t very quiet, upstairs were noisy walking around at 2/4 in the morning. Coffee making facilities in the room would hv been helpful . The breakfast wasn’t great.

The 'sunroom' breakfast room is worth staying here, glass walls allow views of the lush, intimate garden while having breakfast. Very friendly, attentive staff. Peacefully quiet. Abundant umbrellas for guests to use. Great location for easy walking to all areas of interest in the old town. Several incredible restaurants within a couple of blocks.
Bologna is a foodie city, it would be smart for the breakfast to feature local products and label them as such.
