Did NOT have our confirmed room/reservation when we showed up
I liked nothing.
I booked with a legit on-line company about a month in advance and had a confirmation number. MORNING OF, the hotel (Serenity Inn) ALSO called to confirm we would be showing up that day. I said yes. We showed up in the evening, with just turned 3 year old boy that I promised to swim with, and they told my husband there was no room for us. Then they did NOTHING to help find us a room. It was Memorial Day weekend and Branson was nearly sold out. We were left on our own at 7:30 pm to find our own place. I found 3 (three) available rooms left in town. Not an ideal situation to a fun family weekend. I cannot say enough negative about this place. Not as they advertise themselves. They will never have our business again.
