Clean, comfortable bed with soft sheets
breakfast, staff friendly, comfortable beds, soft sheets nothing
Staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was wonderful every morning The bed was a little lumpy
Real clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, great room for the cost, about perfect sized rooms
It was a great room with good furniture and accomodations. We appreciated the newspaper in the morning.
well I'm just disapointed I rented a non smoking room and they didn't have one when I arrive. I have to spray a can of lysol to get rid off the smell that was very nasty had to clean the A/C filter it was very dirty also.
Nothing Toilet broke down, the breakfast was a joke. You have a coffee machine with really bad coffee and boxes of cereal, that's about it... As the receptionist said when I complained: "... Yes it's a bit misleading..." well I guess it says it all.
Friendly staff, good location-easy access to freeway. Clean and neat. Poor lighting in halls and rooms.
Exceptionalyy helpful and polite staff I requested a Non-Smoking quiet room ... The room was designated non smoking but the exaust vent belched smoke day and night from other rooms. I was put in front room right on the highway ... 6,281 trucks went by between 2 and 5 AM ... and the elevator announced every arrival to my floor with a pair of loud dings.
front desk staff was super helpful, coffee machine in lobby made great coffee, bed was comfortable
Queen size beds were wonderful. Price was nice when split 3 ways. No hair dryer in the room but at least the front desk was able to provide one for our use. Breakfast had limited choices but the muffins were tasty.

I don't drive but local city buses near the hotel took me to the major hubs & places I went to. The staff were friendly & accommodating and the rates were very reasonable. The room was in good condition and the pool, jacuzzi & sauna were clean. No dislikes
Pleasantly surprised by the remodeling. Room very comfortable With the new tile at the registration area sound travel to second floor. Talking could be heard throughout the night. Especially one long term guest who talked incessantly. Some sound buffers needed.
The pool, hot tub, and sauna were a blast! We had a nice, comfortable room with an excellent TV and a clean restroom. The entire hotel smelled vaguely of stale smoke, but it wasn't so strong as to even be noticeable after the first few minutes.

I loved the friendliness of the staff! They were all very helpful. The room was very clean and the maids did a great job of cleaning everyday. I did not like the continental breakfast as it was only donuts all 5 days. They need more variety.
They just replaced the tube TVs with LARGE flatscreens. Very nice upgrade. Nothing that the hotel can do but the clientele there were really sketchy.
Very personable front desk staff
It had a nice size flatscreen and I loved that we could check out! The pictures were awful. The 'breakfast' consisted of donuts and a 24 hour coffee maker. The staff wasn't overly helpful or friendly. The pool was ice cold. The hot tub was scuzzy. There were only a few updates done to the hotel since 1970.
I have never ever seen place like this so I don't like at all this motet I'don't like at all very dirt place
The staff was really freindly Was switching out old furniture and TV for new furniture and TV while was staying there
Friendliest most helpful staff of any hotel I have been in and I am a Gold rewards member that has been through 100's of hotels!!
We liked that the room was clean, and it was quiet. Breakfast was a bit crowded and base, but overall not bad. We should have known better than to come the last hour. :)
It's next to a 24/7 Denny's restaurant. They have airport shuttle and relatively close to the airport. Didn't feel safe as we saw cops taking a report for something that happend earlier the night we arrived. Its very outdated hotel.
It's cheap, clean, and the staff is nice. But that's it. The building is very run down and depressing. Our fan in our bathroom was really rickety and loud.
Hotel had a strong smoke smell, very over whelming when we walked onto our floor. Cigarette butts lining the ground beneath our balcony.
I am a local who twice a year needs to escape to work on a large project. I stay in my room and work. Housekeeping was great at keeping me supplied while not interrupting and the breakfasts were a great way to start my day! The doors shutting are LOUD. Wake a person out of a dead sleep. Would love to see some kind of softening of the frames to aid in this issue.
Location and breakfast I was given my room key and just before I left, they told me they gave me the wrong room number. I received a new key and went up to the room and someone was already in the room. I was checking in very late 1:30am and this could have ended badly, since I woke someone up.
The staff was helpful. The rooms were big and clean. Very slow elevator. Took the stairs instead. Breakfast was pretty mediocre, but it was the labor day weekend, so very busy. Wifi did not work very well in the rooms. The hotel computer in the lobby was broken.
The workout center needs an update. The treadmill did not work.
Good location by airport and mall of America Staff replied "I'm sorry the room wasn't clean to your standards" No, stale fries under the bed skirt (from the previous guest) is unacceptable by anyone's standards.
The first thing we noticed was the very friendly and helpful desk attendant. That was unusual, just by itself! We had a big room with a nice comfortable bed (though the pillows were a little lumpy). I really liked the iron/ironing board in the pull-down cabinet, very clever and sleek. There was only one small elevator in the hotel used by guests and employees, alike. It was dingy, slow and smelled. The lighting in both the room and the bathroom were too dim to put on make-up.
Room had new carpet and bed very comfortable. Everything was clean and lighting was adequate. Breakfast crew was awesome. They kept everything available and did it cheerfully. Dining room was also very clean and with enough space to serve/seat all who arrived for breakfast. First desk was also very efficient and helpful. This hotel was in a very good location for us and we enjoyed our stay! All rooms should be equipped with safety bars for getting in and out of the tub/shower area. It is difficult to climb out of a tub without anything to hold on to.
Little. Got a free newspaper. Property is beat. Mgmt and staff not very customer friendly. Breakfast same stuff every day, low quality. Hotel needs a nakeover. Bed was reasonably comfirtablw. Sink and tub didn't drain well.
Beds were comfortable, rooms nicely updated. Pool area was beautiful! Picture of the actual pool online was VERY misleading..... Pool is very very small and at night it got busy, we ended up leaving because there was no room for the kids to swim. Bathroom felt a little creepy- could have been a little cleaner.
Location Was not stated that they charge for parking!
The pool was amasing. The rooms very clean and the service was nice. The bathrooms where spacious and very clean and also the beds were super confortable. When I made the reservation it said that if I want free breakfast there is an aditional fee. (ei. $100 for the room $120 with free breakfast) We payd that aditional fee and when we got to the hotel it was only a $20.00 OFF cupon -that we already payd for when we made the reservation-. In our case we were 3 and we had to pay more again because our food was almost $30.00.In my opinion the "Free Breakfast" deal is a deceit. On the other hand the food was amazing and so was the service.
I just needed somewhere to rest for couple hours since I was stuck in MN due to oversold flight. Holiday Inn was great. The pros was service, cleanliness of room, comfortable rooms and beds. They went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. I had no luggage and ran out of pull ups for my child and they were so kind to shuttle me to a store to pick up some essentials. I didn't see anywhere during reservation process that the shuttle pick up service was call i on call. We waited at the airport about 10 minutes before I called to check on the driver. Kayak should update that detail on the description for this hotel.
Having a young family we really liked the restaurant in the hotel and the pool. The beds were not very comfortable and the pool looked a lot bigger in the pictures.
Very inviting, comfortable, location great. We were happy with the complimentary breakfast and friendliness of the staff.
We liked the convenience of the hotels amenities, the helpful staff and it's location to the Mall of America.
We had a terrible experience. Loud music from the adjoining restaurant kept us awake until past 1am. We had next to no sleep because we had to leave early the next morning for a long drive home.
Very good. Great staff with friendly service, Great breakfast with a variety change each day. Rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable Hallways a bit hacked up and need some renovation. Bathrooms a bit on the small side.
Great rooms. Breakfast is unimaginative
Liked the location, meals, and transportation. The room temp. was set much too cold. Why was it set as cold as the thermostat could be set? One day the room wasn't cleaned.
Staff were very friendly, breakfast server (Not sure of name) was super wonderful, very nice and pleasant. For the price this Hotel needs updates, many of the tiles (bathroom, elevator) were cracked. Faucet in bathroom was coming away from counter top.
Location good for shopping. Shuttle great. Staff courteous. No hot water for shower/bath. Front desk advised. Pay per view movie paused repeatedly. Charge removed. Food at breakfast slow to be replaced.
efficient friendly staff
Location, Location, Location! Good breakfast - nice room, well lit parking lot. Comfortable bed and quiet room.
the outside noise of people in the parking lot at TGIF's they party right and I got very little sleep up to 2:00 am in the morning....will get a romm on the other side next time if any....
Location and shuttle service to airport and Mall of America. The complimentary food selection was pretty gross: BB-sized "scrambled" eggs, stale, stinking meat, no raisin bran cereal (only tubs of Cheerios, one of Coco Puffs), fruit and yogurt in OPEN bins (um, there were FLIES landing in this food, guys!) No decent baked goods (stale, plain bagels, no cinnamon toast even!) Just really disappointing food. PLUS: the room was NOT clean or upgraded. Fusty furniture (check your own Duluth hotel to see how it should be done!), and bathroom mirror frame CAKED with dust,. Ew. The AC/heat unit had a busted control panel, never fixed, so folks could poke around on the wiring and chip board - probably not even safe! This particular Country Inn & Suites needs to be checked out by management. It's really looking dated and dumpy.
the bus to moa driver was very informative and offered to come get us if it got late
The staff was very helpful and fun, also it's directly across the street from the Mall of America so even though they still provide a shuttle walking was just as easy. The Continental Breakfast was also good, lots of options.
The layout The extra towels provided upon request The two TVs The drab grey palette The door between the bedroom and bathroom (husband bumped his head on it -- it's in an awkward place in the king accessible room The waffles were soggy at breakfast
The shuttles were convenient for us to use. It was great for us to get to and from the Mall of America. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I enjoyed the idea that both restaurants were easy to get to and we didn't have to go outside to get to them.
Close to meetings and entertainment for family. My son was disappointed that the whirlpool was not working at the time but otherwise, everything was fine.
It's convenient proximity to MOA and LR. No hot water for shower. I spoke with the front desk and they had a boiler problem and are to be reducing our rate by 50% on my credit card.
The staff were friendly and very helpful in answering my questions and meeting my needs. The hotel was clean, rooms were great. Keep kids out of the pool area and pool when the pool is reserved for adults.
The fact it had a kitchen in it. The free breakfast was really only coffee and some breakfast bars. No fruit or anything worth eating.
location dirty room and sheets no complete cooking supplies
Micro and fridge Staff upset because was15teem minutes early
Location No washcloths or maid service :(!!
The staff is always amazing. They are fortunate to have the staff that they do. The first room I had smelled like dog. I asked for a different room and they gave me one that smelt ok but definitely had some water damage.
Proximity to the airport was helpful. This place was filthy. I took a picture of the shower as I felt we would get some kind of foot fungus from being barefoot in there. Our hallway reeked of pot and insence to the point that we had to leave and go buy liquor so we could fall asleep.
The fridge and counter space. Yes, it was not very clean and they didn't give us the room we wanted.
Always have space available They never have enough towels
it was a great location the room smelled like smoke and they just had a blanket and sheet on the bed the blanket had cigarette burns on it we had to sleep with the windows open for air the hallways stunk and just granola bars for breakfast and a muffin they could of had more
The spacious room was wonderful. The staff were a delight! Everything was great!
Location to airport
Distance. Just as indicated above.
Used the water park and went to the Mall of America I didn't like it when the maid service knocks on the door before it's check out time.
the rooms, parking, close to malls, lineups at water park were fair to good. would be nice to get a better family discount on waterpark while staying at hotel.
Although we had several small problems come up, they were attended to quickly. The staff was always courteous. It was really nice to have one of the elevators right by the wate rpark so we didn't have to go through the lobby in our bathing suits. The only option for swimming was the big water slide which was quite expensive, even with the hotel discount. Although the problems were attended to, they either happened again or weren't actually fixed.
The proximity to the mall of America. I wish the hot tub and pool were available to guests without having to pay for water park access.
Everything was great!
thought water park was included and they were rude about telling me it wasn't. the room was far to warm and we kept trying to turn it down but it never cooled down so we left at 5:30 in the morning because we couldn't sleep any way.
Clean, quiet, very close to major shopping attractions. Any and all local calls cost 75 cents each, a totally unneccessary charge.
The water park slides, the mall was close, the rooms were big and clean and there was a breakfas buffet. my credit card was charged twice
comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms
Helpful and friendly staff
The price, the pool, the fitness center, the cleanliness/appearance, the location. Pillows and beds were pretty bad. Not comfortable at all. No breakfast provided, unless you wanted to shell out $9 a person for a continental buffet.
Bar closed at 11pm on a Friday night when it was about half full and basketball games still playing during March madness
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We ordered pizza for dinner and it was delivered right to our room, which was very convenient. The water pressure in the shower could have been better and the towels were a little rough. Also the mini fridge took a long time to cool anything because it had to be turned on first when we got there.
It was great ! Excellent Customer service, lovely room and great breakfast options.
The room was very elegant, yet not cluttered and very clean. Everything worked well, including the TV, and I enjoyed keeping my morning yogurt in the little fridge. I ordered oatmeal for breakfast for $7. It tasted very blah, perhaps it needed salt. But the bill had a $6 charge to deliver it to my room, plus they expected a tip. Not how it works.
The front desk staff Arrive at hotel, put our stuff down and leave. Come back later that night get into bed and see that there is blood on the sheets... I was already in the bed and had touched the area... This was detrimental to me... I was devastated.. We called the front desk , new sheets were brought up but we had to replace them ourselves... I literally can't think of anything worse than this.. Next morning we went down to tell the front desk staff they were apologetic but did nothing but a standard room cleaning... Will never stay at a Hilton again.
Convenient location, parking ramp, comfortable beds, clean, friendly and helpful staff, interesting art work. Pool is a little small but at least square and not oddly shaped.
we missed the return shuttle from the MOA and had to take a cab. when we got to the hotel they reimbersed us the cab fare no questions asked. we would stay here again
Comfy beds, great view, friendly staff. No adult swim time
Hotel was clean, up to date, staff very helpful. Have stayed in three MSP hotels in last month and a half and this was by far the nicest. Very convenient location.
Very accommodating with our arrival being in the early AM hours. The clerk extended our check out time due to the late hour which was greatly appreciated.
The bellman & shuttle staff were excellent. Some of the front desk staff weren't as welcoming as I would like, not including Cory who checked me in he was great.
Leaving Bed was horrible. Hotel should have spent less money on a fancy new lobby and upgrade room decor and instead invested in new beds and paint so the hotel doesn't feel like a bad 80s creep shack
Very close to the airport and Mall of America. Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Coffee shop in lobby brewed a nice mocha and had a good assortment of pastries While the room was clean, neat, and tastefully decorated, it showed some significant signs of wear, including a very damaged bathroom door.
The dining room food and service exceeded our expectations. I rarely eat in hotel dining rooms because of underwhelming experiences. This was a pleasant surprise. nothing
Desk service, business center breakfast room was dirty and worn. Bathroom had repair issues, seat had been cleaned with a filthy rag or something, bathrrom floor full of dirt imprints, rook carpeting was wet and dirty. Room smelled of sewage every day(mild). HVAC did not have thermostatic controls, light switches on lamps were broken next to beds, now electric outlets at night stand. this list can go on and on
The location was good for what I needed (near the airport for a late night arrival and an early AM departure). The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was down for maintenance for another week or two - none of which was communicated to me prior to checking in. I did not like the fact that the breakfast eating area is around the pool so if the pool was available, it would be uncomfortable doing my morning swim while people were sitting around eating. The electrical plug-ins in the sleeping area were dangerous - one had the face plate completely off; another one was so loose that my cord would not stay plugged in. The exercise room was small and hardly had any equipment.
Convenient shuttle to airport and Mall of America, average breakfast, clean, and friendly staff. Pool wasn't usable for young children - too deep.
Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Regular transport service to the airport and mall (from which I could connect to the Metro train) was great. The bed was too soft - made my back ache.
Does that make any sense? This is a 2 star hotel for a reason....dated facilities, older building, musty smell in halls, heavily chlorinated pool, average breakfast. The best part was a friendly staff, easy access/shuttle to MOA an airport, updated beds/carpet, and plenty of towels. They were awesome and let me check in two hours early and check out one hour late. Hotel smelled kinda musty but the AC cranked helped cover it a bit while in the room. The pool was way too deep for young children though. Given the choice, I would opt for a nicer hotel next time.
Location, the soft pillows and having Outback steakhouse connected to the hotel.
I absolutely loved the overnight staff! They were kind and accomadating , they kept a light mood which was nice since i got in at 12. Very helpful. And the room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable i missed breakfast haha I don't have any complaints.
Prompt service. Hotel halls and rooms were "tired".
Bathroom lighting inadequate, no ventilation available either. The absence of ventilation was a nuisance!
The price was right, I had no real complaints. Bed was clean and comfortable, location was good. My boyfriend said the pool was too cold.
Good location I was so tired I cannot sleep they were making too much noise
The hotel is close to airport and shopping and has concenient access to both Minneapolis and St. Paul. We have relatives in both cities so this made our visit convenient to both. The attached restaurant served good food and had friendly servers. If you are used to luxury hotels, this is not that. It's clean and beds are very comfortable. Free breakfast. But it is simple accommodations otherwise. I would label it a budget hotel stay.
The big rooms and happy hour and breakfast are nice. The time before last that I stayed there, I had to rekey my keycard for my room 3 times at the front desk. Too much time going up and down the elevators.
The room layouts are spacious and comfortable. The remodel has rendered the place a bit corporate and sterile.
Loved everything!!! It was a business trip with the hotel luxuries. My stay was extremely pleasant. Staff was so very helpful. It was a great stay - absolutely no complaints. That I didn't stay longer. It was a great stay.
Beautiful place well kept nice big rooms Charging for Wi-Fi
We loved the suite, the tvs, the bed, the atrium area and dining area, the breakfast and managers reception and free parking (we just paid 45 dollars in chicago for one night parking) - we've been telling our friends how great you were. just the problem of finding a parking space as the hotel was so busy.
Beautiful! Clean! Great staff!!
We really liked the room. The construction makes the hotel look worse than it is.
Breakfast is always good. Stupid elevator was busted making every trip up and down a huge hassle.
It's where my wife and I got married. We absolutely love this hotel staff especially Gonzo was very friendly helpful. The rooms are amazing we got the executive suite and couldn't be happier! The only complaint is the wedding reception that was taking place was loud rude and very inconsiderate of other people in the hotel. I'm just glad that wasn't our wedding party
lobby was very nice, shuttle guy took a while to do things but got stuff done. Breakfast was very tasty with a chef making omlets and whatever shape pancake you'd like (one kid got dinosaur shaped ones). breakfast cost quite a bit
Location and nice sizes rooms, Bar and restaurant
This facility is in excellent shape and very clean. All staff members were very pleasant and eager to make sure we had a great stay. I especially noticed how easy to achieve a comfortable temperature in the room and how quiet the HVAC system was. The temperature didn't seem to fluctuate at all. There wasn't anything to be disappointed in at this location.
After the incident with the Tub, they had a new room ready and room keys brought up to us in a matter of minutes. I was astounded at how quickly they handled the issue on Valentine's Day. The Jacuzzi Tub has a flat top faucet which looks sleek and modern but evidently not the best design. Turned on the water to begin filling the Large 2 person whirlpool and went to the bathroom. I come out to find the top part of this sleekly designed faucet had come off thanks to the cheap adhesive holding it in place and watch was both going in the tub and in front of the tub soaking the surrounding carpet to a sponge like feeling.
Our room was very spacious and comfortable and best of all, quiet. The staff was very friendly at check in and in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent.
We stayed one night for my husband's birthday. I was asked at check in what brought us, and when we came back after dinner, there was a piece of cake and a nice handwritten card. Made our day. It was clean and the pool area is very nice. The salt water pool and whirlpool are wonderful. I love that the whirlpool is circulated with water instead of air, as it is SO much quieter that way and we could visit easily while sitting in the water. At 4am, the room on one side of us had their alarm go off and it took several minutes for them to shut it off. Then, about 5 minutes later, the room on the other side started watching tv so loudly, we finally had to call the desk and ask them to have the patrons turn it down. It was 4am, after all. All of that to say, while the hotel was not responsible for the tv or the alarm - the walls are thin. (the reason for the 4 instead of the 5) We turned on the air conditioner fan as white noise and wished we'd slept all night that way. So - bring ear plugs if night noises bother you...or turn on the fan.
It looked nice and up to date The bed was rock hard
It was quiet and clean! We never heard any hallway noise or distruptions from other guests! The staff was helpful, courteous and accommodating! The kayak price that I got was fantastic! We will be back! We really would have liked to have adjoining rooms.I would like a rewards program.
We liked having the shuttle to the Mall of America. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Although the room faced the interstate, it was quiet. The room was smaller than I'd expected, and it wasn't a great price.
The room was nice and clean. I appreciated having a mini-fridge in the room. The omelet at the breakfast buffet was very good. I appreciated that the heat/cooling unit in the room had a "constant air" option to provide white noise. The bartender claimed he didn't know how to make any of the cocktails offered. I found that a bit odd, but he was friendly and we were happy with his service.
My daughter and I felt very safe and welcome. Room was comfortable. Easy to find property. Close to shopping and eating!
The staff was very friendly and accommodations were nice. That I hit a button on the tv and accidentally ordered an $18 movie! That is outrageous and I couldn't go back and delete.
For the location the price was good Could use some updates
The bed was comfortable and a good size (we got a king), the room was clean, a bit small but we don't need much room. The person who checked us in was very friendly. We could hear other people in their rooms, but it wasn't a big deal. The shower door leaked, but not a ton of water. The main thing that irritated me was being totally ignored by the people at the front desk when we tried to check out. One of them was on the phone, but the other pretended we weren't there while we stood there for five minutes. She wasn't even busy, just sitting on a chair minding her own business. We eventually left the cards on the desk and left.
Staff was great Facilities were dated and not kept up
Location, bed, price, breakfast!, parking
We stayed to bridge a couple of days between closing on a home sale and getting into the new place. We were budget minded but had to find a place that would accommodate cats. La Quinta fit the criteria. We also liked the fact that breakfast was thrown in. The bed was comfortable and the TV was fine. The cooling was comfortable. Bathroom was fine. We had no computer so made use of the free one in the lobby. It was primitive but okay to check email. One of the security doors was not closed. We forced it shut, then found our security key would not work in it. For reasons unknown, our key card stopped working altogether, so we went to the service desk to get that corrected. We turned in one key and were told both keys would be electronically corrected. In fact, the one key worked but the other did not.
Cheap hotel price, comfy beds. Breakfast.
Location was very convenient. Didn't use it, but has airport shuttle. Clean, quiet room (we were on main floor) Breakfast included (not the healthiest choices, but some fuel for the day) A bowl of nice fruit in the lobby would be great for after hours snack. Furnishings could use an update; everything is starting to look a bit dated.
Good location, gym on site, free breakfast, airport shuttle, friendly and courteous staff. The room I was assigned had bedbugs. I saw one crawling across my bed after a blood meal. I thought it was something I brought in my luggage at first and crushed it, but in the morning, I woke up with 20-some bites over my arms and chest. Looking back at reviews, there have been bedbug problems since at least 2011.
Absolutely nothing! They left my wife and I stranded at the airport for over an hour. Desk never told the driver. Hotel is ten minutes from the airport. Front desk staff not a people person. Do yourself a favor...never stay there.
I booked the super 8 20 minutes before we arrived. check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The bed was so comfy and the bathroom/shower was perfect for a quick rinse and to get ready in the morning. We could only get a smoking room and the smell stayed on our clothes after our visit.
Airport shuttle Noise, craftsmen hotel
All of the desk staff and Joey the van transporter!!! Very good!
The hotel was very close to the Mall of America, the airport and has a cross walk over to the Taco Bell across the freeway which was great! My friend and I also really liked that there was a bus route that stops at the front of the hotel and took us right to the convention center in Minneapolis for our conference! Pretty decent continental breakfast and comfy pillows! The room did not have a mini-fridge which did not help the fact that we had a fruit and veggie plate which went bad after a night or two. We were given the handicapped hotel room which was great for space but the shower handle did not stay put or hang high enough to use as a shower head. As well, the bathroom was not cleaned out very well and this room was right beside the freeway so every night my friend and I slept with ear plugs, which helped block out the sounds.
That it was pet friendly! The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The bed was too soft and actually felt like the mattress should be replaced :( It would be nice if the breakfast room could be left open other than at breakfast (with all the food, etc. put away of course), just so people have somewhere to sit and work or read, other than just their room.
Location Just about everything. I won't stay there again.
it was just OK nothing really special. Waited an hour for the airport shuttle for pick upoutside from the airport. Staff not very helpul.
The location from the airport was good and they were able to accommodate our vehicle for the week that we were gone. The bed was way too soft and uncomfortable. We had our room right above the front door and heard all the traffic all night long. There was questionable activity in the hallway most of the night and into early morning.
The location of the hotel from Ikea and The mall of America. The room that was given to me was next to the elevator and whenever someone used it, it would make a sound which could be heard in the room which disturbed my sleep the whole night. Guests were smoking in the corridor and could smell it inside the room. Guests were washing clothes at night in the machine exactly opposite the room. We wanted to extend our stay in the hotel, instead we moved to another hotel. Staff was less bothered with the feedback given.
