Great food No phones in rooms
Good location for beach and eating staff was fix for 5 Star quality's unbelievable polite and truly helpful Was a little dated but clean
Location, and the open air bar. Musty smell in room. Loud airconditioner. Bedding was old/low quality.
Hotel is not located on or near a beach, there was no cable tv,or internet service available during my stay. The pool really needs care.
All the silence, tranquility, very happy people, genthel. A very good OLÉ! four stars. Have a coffee table with the coffee maker. OLÉ!
Location, best spot in town Hotel needs to be renewed overall to keep pace with time -2015!!!!!
The location The hotel did not have a elevator, microwave or iron.
El trato del personal fue excelente,la limpieza y accesibilidad a areas de entretenimiento Me hubiese gustado que la habitacion tuviese cafetera
Everything is near by. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was horrible, go eat breakfast at 'El Meson Sandwiches'.
The rooms were clean the staff were very helpful night life was great the restaurant food was very good a special thanks to the girls thank you milsa you were great I didn't like that there was no microwave to warm up my left over
In one word, location. They can still improve. There's plenty of room for it. The staff is genuinely service oriented.
staff is friendly small room and not be clean
Close to beach. Noisy air conditioner and no amenities.
Location. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach.Just an FYI comment: Stayed here in Feb 2015. Very quiet mid week this time of year (3 rooms were rented on Thursday night). Weekends are busy with locals of Puerto Rico (hotel was nearly full on Friday). No glass in windows, instead exterior metal shutters, like blinds. This meant no sunlight if AC is on. Shutters didn't block noise, so dogs, roosters, cars, delivery trucks all made sleeping difficult.Hard mattress.I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
Nothing The worst hotel ever seen. dirty, old, and so expensive. Please don't go there!!!!!!
This place is terrible. Lines for check-in exceed 45 minutes due to slow staff and inefficient processes. People cut in line and this is tolerated by staff which makes those waiting have to wait even longer! I complained to Mrs. Garcia (event director and the Manager on Duty) and the next day, still no change. The rooms are run down and furniture came from the 60's. It is like staying at a Motel 6 built in 1960 that has not been updated in 60 years. Run down and old. I have stayed in hotels all around the world. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at for service and comfort.
I liked the location as it has the public square and several restaurants and bars nearby I did not like the bad musty smell in the room and all the street noises are heard inside the room
La limpieza delhotel excelente, el personal fantstico y siempre pendiente en lo que ecesita el cliente, amable, y educado. Esta situado en una area convniente y accesible a cualquier sitio de la ciudad. No tiene reealmente un verddero restaurante
The service Continental breakfast
The Staff was kind and helpful. The reservations process went smoothly, The location was great in the heart of town. Yes would recommend other persons to stay. Quiet and comfortable. The smell of the room felt needed some freshening up. Strong damp and a bit dusty. The bathroom was clean but the toilet paper was hanging without the dispenser rod. Otherwise everything else was very good.
Location. Front desk staff did not have change available(coins), for laundry service.
It was located at a pinturesque spot on the town. The building has history. It had a unique architecture. The room was very comfortable. The parking was good. Some corners of the building needed a little painting. The included breakfast was mostly a little snack. Sometimes there were hair in the bathroom after cleaning.
Hotel is located in the historic Mayaguez downtown. It is next to the historic Mayaguez Cathedral built in the 1700's, La Plaza de Colon and a block away from bars and clubs. Hotel is historic as well, as the building used to be a monastery. Rooms are clean, very comfortable, and staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is mediocre, but right across the street is Ricomini Bakery, a Mayaguez favorite. Church starts ringing the bells every 30 minutes rather early in the morning.
