3.0 Mediocre

Cons: I was placed in a room that was not completely renovated. There is no place to hang towels or clothes. It was the wrong choice for someone staying more than one night. It is also noisey in the AM because it is close to access for staff and work areas. I decided to stay an extra day and notified the afternoon front desk staff. She apparently didnt put it in the system properly so the daytime staff had no idea.

Pros: Central location; large comfortable rooms; clean facilities and nice staff

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room smelt and felt clean. Good breakfast options!
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing positive about the room. The desk clerk was friendly that’s all the positives here.
Cons: The room was pricey for what we got. Tiny room with old stained chair. The carpet was dirty and the bed had hairs and dirt when we looked under the pillows. This is an old Best Western and it was not in good shape.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly upon arrival - not so much via telephone. Location was great.
Cons: The rates were somewhat reasonable when we booked for the holiday; however, the prices were raised astronomically for a family member at over $200 a night. This hotel should never be priced that high- you’re better off staying in Sedona if this is the case for you, because then at least you are paying for a very nice room instead of an overpriced, middle-of-the-road, room.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: was able to visit places around town where i used to grow up
Cons: requested all three of my rooms together, they were, got two out of the three. the door keeps jamming up and sticking making it hard to open. just not worth what i paid for it.

Cons: I was charged a cancellation fee and then overcharged when I checked in. The price on my new reservation was around $--- , but I was charged $--- at the motel. The lady was rude.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Not much, it was a place to sleep on a rock for a bed.

7.0 Good
Pros: We like to stay in historic hotels.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Had a wonderful stay!
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was very modern, clean and bright.
Cons: The bed and the outside sounds from the breeze way corridor.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This place was an unexpected delight - the owners did a phenomenal job with the design of the property and the rooms, from top to bottom. Very much like a high end boutique hotel - impressive in its beauty, unique feel and high end finishes. Room had all the necessaries - even a little fridge (always a plus) and a Keurig for great coffee in the room. Front office staff very nice and professional. The couple/group that owns this place owns several restaurants in the area (La Crema, Bocci Pizza, The Tavern, etc). Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere else (I did at first. It was a mistake). They are all insanely good, charming, great service and wonderful, fresh food. These people seriously know what they are doing.
Cons: My only complaints (and I hate to say, bc I really liked this place, but these are biggies) were the bed and the shower. Both look wonderful design-wise and are pristinely clean. However, I didn't sleep well bc the mattress needed to be replaced (my opinion - had that hammock indentation going on, and I'm a small person), and the pillows were not comfy, and even the sheets were that overly-starchy kind. Not exactly your Heavenly bed. The shower is huge but has a very small low-flow head, so hard to stay warm in there (was there in winter).

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Newly remodeled room. Very clean. Really nice shower.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and clean!
Cons: Everything was fantastic except for the guests in the room above us. They came home very late in the middle of the night and were noisy until five thirty in the morning. We didn't contact the office due to the fact that the guests above us would know who reported the noise issue. We will stay again, but will request the upper floor or no guests above us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Newly remodeled, spacious rooms with nice furniture and bedding. Perfect location for visiting both Sedona and Jerome.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Only thing I can say that we didn’t like was noisy neighbors.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great
Cons: Pillows are always too thick.
6.0 Good
Cons: In all fairness the hotel was under construction during the time we stayed so it would be difficult to make a comment about what it'll be like when the construction is completed
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Next to stores and restaurants
Cons: Basic hotel
7.0 Good
Cons: Internet and wife did not work. No breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved everything about it despite that the last part of the remodel was the office and the manager was working out of the laundry. He was fabulous, friendly and efficient. The room was spotless and beautiful.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Lady at the front was very welcoming.
Cons: The people upstairs from around 3am until I finally got up and left they were stomping around their room.I did call the office but it seemed to get worse after that. Assuming they got mad.I have two videos of what it sounded like. It made what could have been an amazing stay a very unpleasant visit. If you are planning to stay here. Get an upstairs room because their floors are too thin.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was close to Sedona, management was prompt and friendly, and lastly amenities were included.
Cons: The bathroom door stuck open and the tub did not drain well. The room was very clean and it was just the two us so it was a minor issue.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, newer room.

Pros: We stayed here for 3 nights. The house was charming. Very well decorated. Our room was comfortable, clean, private, country decorated reflecting the location in Cottonwood, AZ. The breakfast was substantial with an emphasis on locally made produce. The inn-keeper, FIONA, was a delight to engage in conversation. She was informative, accomodating and truly happy to be of service to travellers. If other B & Bs are like this one I will be be looking for them as an alternative to hotels when travelling in the future.

Cons: It's an older hotel that is being renovated. We paid the same price for this hotel that we'd pay for one that is newer or fully renovated - just seems odd to me.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The bed was Comfortable and the Room Was clean. Buffet breakfast was good .
Cons: Needed maintenance on the Base tile in the bathroom.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was what we have had in some other Motels. It was good, the beverage choices were good and a good egg and meat breakfast was always a good start for the day.
Cons: The breakfast room is much to small for the size of the Motel. Had to stand at the back of the room by a table to eat.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The rooms are not clean and Staff are rude. I was not considered priority and was put aside and others came in last was considered first. Even though my room was already paid for. They told me wait for my room and that room was a mess. never again.
Cons: The staff are rude and unprofessional. I didn't like the way they treat me. Put me aside while they continue to help others.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Ease of access. Welcomed my dog. As usual, good breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Pros: Quiet rooms great ac
Cons: Building clearly under a renovation very poor standards for the craftsmanship. The first room i received was not even assembled.
7.0 Good
Pros: Have stayed at this hotel before and had no complaints. Upon arriving we waited for just under 15 minutes to get checked in. The SINGLE staff member was checking in 2 other guests who represented another 15 people. The room was Great.
Cons: The water pressure. The bathroom fan NEEDS replaced.
