The hotel is near to the bus station as well as the old port. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was bright and clean and had a flat panel lcd tv.
The hotel was excellent in all respects. Clean, Friendly, Cheap. Good Breakfast. Location is fantastic. Between new town and old venetian quarters; 5 minutes from the bus station and the fabulous market. It is a family run hotel and our hosts were really helpful. They suggested a tour for us to hike through the Samaria Gorge. It was as cheap as doing it ourselves and much more satisfactory. The rooms are not huge but are lovely, bathrooms fine and air conditioning excellent! Another great help is that there is a huge sign on the top of the hotel, visible from the big town market. It helped me find my way twice. Another big advantage is its price - so cheap for the quality.
It was a very good stay. Friendly staff, big and clean rooms, and very close to the city center. It is worth the money by far.
Amazing value for money. I am a frequent traveler, and I am not exaggerating in saying that it is such a rarity to enjoy a hotel stay that much! The hotel is brand new, clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely fantastic, beyond the usual Greek hospitality. There was 24 hour reception service, and the hotel is conveniently located in the center of Chania. Overall, at this price, I am sure there is no better place to stay in that area, and I look forward to visiting again. Parking is an issue, but this is a general problem in the entire city. There is no wireless connection, but I am sure the staff will work on that pretty soon.
new and nice. in the center. poor breakfast
The hotel was near the city centre while it offered good value for money Cleanliness can improve
comfortable rooms, nice location with great view, excellent buffet breakfat with homemade food. also the staff was very helpfull, giving us information about Chania and excursions! we will be back soon! no complaints
Good location, nice price Cleaning needs serious improvement. On Sundays the cleaning stuff do not work. We haven’t had our sheets changed for all six days. . The upper rooms have to be renovated
The room was very spacious it had refrigerator and a small kitchen. The bathroom was not clean at all (especially the toiletseat), too far from the city center (appr. 2km), the music was loud from the hotel bar during all day.
Nice quiet location. Plenty of room. Lovely pools available. Once you become familiar with your surroundings it is easy to find your way around to the beach and central city. Very genuine and friendly staff who were a pleasure to meet and get to know. Reccomend this place to anybody Difficult place to find due to lack of road signs, which is not the Hotel's fault.
Very friendly hotel staff, great breakfast and very clean rooms.
Close to the beach and downtown Chania, very good value for money, delicious breakfast. Nice place. Helpful staff. Clean. 8,5pts/10
conciergerie very kind. bar near the pool. position near the city but very quite. seaview. the maids entering the room to clean it without asking if it was possible.
Frida Apartments had excellent, friendly, helpful staff that made the stay pleasant, comfortable and welcoming. The pools were lovely, the fruit trees on the property made for a beautiful setting, the individual entrances to each room made it feel very private.
Nice location, nice views, well maintained and 2 nice swimming pools. Comfortable separation between bed room and living room. No complaints
The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Very well situated, a quick walk to the main town center for eating and shopping. Excellent small restaurents close by with great food and friendly service. Close to the beach. The breakfast was fantastic. Very clean rooms.
Fast broadband internet access. Cooked breakfast buffet. The hotel room was a bit grubby and the tv was tiny and mistuned.
not bad... ...but definitely not a 4 star hotel.
they turn off the airconditioning in the middel of the night.you are waking up in a "sauna" and ask them to turn it on.
The hotel was good at walking distance from Chania Center, but aloud at the back of the hotel Ithought that the price/quality equilevant was not precisely accurate
Helpful staff, great location and nice surroundings The rooms are a little outdated but overall comfortable
Helpful staff, good location, comfortable bed
The room was small and oddly designed, with a very dingy bathroom.
Beautiful building in a beautiful location. Breakfast buffet was great and served in a lovely courtyard which was also perfect for sitting out in at all times of day. Room was lovely, split level with a nice balcony. Weather in early July was perfect. Bathroom was a little small and dark, but down to the nature of the building.
A nice stop over for low budget travellers, clean rooms and nice staff so if you travell on low budget good rooms they do their best for breakfast with home made food but just a breakfast corner and real coffee would be nice
I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, excellent information giving and delicious, home cooked breakfasts. Room a bit dusty in certain areas, shower arrangement not very good.
Good location, friendly staff, nice hotel
Hotel is very charming with excellant room accommodations. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Staff was very willing to recommend tours, restaurants, and shopping based on your desires. We found them to be right on. We liked it so much we stayed an extra 3rd night. Great location for shopping and eating. No Negatives. Very nice hotel.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Common areas are beautiful.
Service, staff and beauty Perfect
The hospitality of the owners is amazing, as the location and value. Great breakfast is included. Will stay again.
Comfortable beds, breakfast included and made personally for each guest in the morning, very close to a lot of restaurants and bars as well as a few beaches, free wireless. excellent customer service - there is nothing the manager wouldn't do to help us out. We would definitely stay here again! The manager is the only person who speaks English so if he wasn't around, we had to come back to ask our questions, but he was normally around. The rooms were a little small for all our bags but they were comfortable and clean.
Very warm welcome. Hotel is totally renewed. Close to the old port (restaurants, pubs, etc). Free internet (wifi and lan). Free parking. The bathroom is rather small (but clean and functional).
Clean rooms, good staff and excelent location in the town
Modern equipment, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect location in Chania close to the ocean, city sentre, tourist centre and night life area. Public free Parking available.
I like the location, very close to the centre/bars. There was also good parking fasillities.
Proprietors were friendly and welcoming. Advertised buffet breakfast not available due to low winter number of guests but the proprietor's wife prepared generous hot and cold individual breakfasts for us including fresh squeezed orange juice and filter coffee. Just one TV news channel (any of BBC, Aljezeera, Euronews or CNN) in English would have been welcome.
I loved my stay at the Hotel Filoxenia! It has very recently been renovated, and so I got a luxerious feeling for a really fair price. The family that runs it, were more than welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is located close to the busy harbour, but still in good, greek environment surrounded by many nice tavernas and coffeshops. I will most certainly return here!
Location. Very small bathroom. For the money it should have breakfast.
nice design and helpful staff
Everything was good, Thanks to Sofia and Michaelis :)) The location is excellent, the ambiance of the room is also excellent. Bathroom should be renovated
it was a very exelent place to be.. no every thing was great
The room's design was cool. The location is right in the old city on a very pitoresque street, so very close to all city atractions. The parking place is close, but is overcrowded, so it is very hard to park legally.
The room was uniquely furnished and had quite a bit of character. A fine location in the Venetian Quarter. The front desk staff could not handle a couple of very simple requests. Without going into detail, personal service and pleasing the guest did not exist. I will likely go to a different hotel the next time I'm there based on the staff's inability to help me.
It's in the center of the city, close the seaside. Perfect to visit the city. It's a good location to stay up all the night enjoing. By Fra&Silv
very nice decoration / it's very good location / kind personnel / it's arrival gift, a bottle of local wine / then environment is pintoresque and typical. needs some better maintenance (the door didn't close well)
the building itself the furniture, old and in bad condition, bathroom very small, only shower without curtain, everything getting wet, jacuzzi in room bat without hot water
it was great place and yes i would go back no
The location was great, right in the old harbour. The view of the old harbour town streets from our balcony was a picture & the room itself had great character & charm which added that extra classical feel about the whole place. Very friendly people. Only one thing really. The stairs leading up to the room was a set of spiral stairs & very narrow ones at that. Lugging our suitcases up to the room was a bit difficult, also was a bit of an obstacle to climb after a few drinks but it did add to the character of the place.
the staffs were really helpful, has good location and good swimming pool the hotel is rather old, needs renovation
I stayed for 4 days at Kriti hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect, between the old port and the new port. the staff is polite One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because it had wi-fi internet connection. It seemed that the wi-fi doesn' t apply for all the rooms of the hotel , so if you are unlucky and you get the wrong room, you won t be able to get connected to the internet, which is very inconvenient! Plus, it s not free. you get charged 3 euros for 1 hour, 5 for 2 hours.
I enjoyed having the pool and the brekfast was always of a good standard. The staff were extremey polite, courteous and helpful. The rooms are slightly dated.
Breakfast, when available , was good.It was clean and reasonably priced Service! Breakfast not availble until 7 30 -though work starts very early in Crete. Laundry service chaotic. Room service bad (long menu, but only limited choice avaible in room). In my view not suitable for the business traveller
1. It is situated on an extremely noisy corner. The glass doors of the room opening onto the balcony, were not sound-proofed. 2. Smoking permitted in the breakfast-dining room.
Location was ok. Near a very small beach but still a 2o min walk to nice and big beach Staff was not very helpful. One lied to our face multiple times (we now because we asked the same question to another staff member). The bed was extremely uncomfortable and throughout 5 nights I awoke with over 12 different bug bites and was forced to go buy itch medicine. Also, after putting a do not disturb sign on the door, our room was cleaned and a jacket that was on the bed went missing.
Nice location near the beach. Classic building renewed inside. We could connect to hotel's wi-fi even if we were 2 floors above the reception. 2,5 euros for a bottle of water from the hotel's bar. Breakfast had lots of nuts and not many meat/cheese
views of the Gulf of Hania and proximity (walking distance) to downtown on a noisy street
If there's a charming hotel in Hania, it is the Doma. The history of the building, the cozy and lovely rooms, the traditional breakfast in a diningroom overviewing the sea, the garden and the super friendly staff al deserve an A+++. We highly recommend it and look forward to go back!
The wonderful sea view from the room and breakfast room. There is some noise from the road in front of the hotel.
close to historic downtown Street in front was noisy but think that would be true of any hotel in the city
It is nicely located so that you are not in the center of the tourism, so it is relatively quiet and also very easy to find and get to the city and the airport. Lovely staff, breakfast and experience
Beautiful old building with lovely sea views (some rooms face the garden); really friendly and helpful owners and staff, Twin beds, not double; and no shower curtain!
Α fine 60-70 euros hotel, but doesnt worth more than that!
Very close to the old port atractions of Hania, Good price. Slightly noisy but not that bad.
Vert centrally located hotel in a pedestrian street. You cannot arrive to the door of the hotel by your car, however no traffic noises at all. In the middle of everything. Friendly and very welcoming staff. Big enough room. Better if you can stay in a seaview room to feel the city and the small port. Very good value for your money. Bath curtains were dirty and the minibar was not working well. No hairdryer. The walls must be too thin, you can listen to any movement in the hotel. A bit lazy housekeeping.
Convenient location (we were in the heart of Chania on Crete). The hotel was clean and priced well. 2 Suggestions: 1) Finding the hotel using the driving directions provided on the bookings website proved to be difficult. Suggestion would be for better directions to be provided 2) We were a party of 4 girls so we had 2 rooms. Room 202 was pleasant and had a rooftop view. It also had a view into the bathroom of the room below us so we could see our other friend showering. We brought this to the attnetion of the staff at the hotel so hopefully they will do something to cover the skylights in the future.
The room was just wonderful. Decorated in creation style with a balcony over looking the harbor of old town chania. We were served breakfast on our balcony in the morning which was wonderful viewing the tourist. The Belmondo is located on the harbor within walking distance to shopping.
Good, but unremarkable hotel. Good location in the center of the old town of Chania. Window with view on a somewhat dirty enclosed space. Not too much light from the outside. A bit expensive for what you get.
Perfect location the old town was on the doorstep, lovely surroundings, the owners were so friendly, The room was simple yet perfect for are requirements a trip for me my sister & mother on a budget. I would most definitely go to Chania again & would try to stop in Imeros again. suitable for couples, or friends wanting to explore the old town/new town, it only took 15 mins to get to the beach too. We found all the best restaurants were so close to were we were staying (not the ones around the port) one of my favourite holidays an amazing place. no it was perfect, the pictures on the page were exactly the same as the room.
The owner is very nice, makes you feel comfortable.great location, your right in the center.
location is near chania port. walking distance within the old town. well chania is relatively small. the location of the hotel in their website or even in booking.com should state it is in chania port or say it is behind starbucks in chania port. i had a hard time looking for the place even the greek cab driver from the airport doesn't know the street name. he only knows the landmark as old chania port
- Great position near the harbor and the center of old town - Friendly staff - It would have been nicer if the bathroom whould have had a shower curtain.
It's in the historical center, in one of the turistic pedestrian narrow street. The rooms are recently renewed and air conditioning was working. The reception is in one of the little shops, so opens at 10am and closes at 12 pm. The receptionists were kind and helpfull. Very difficult to park in the centre. we had some problems with the shower which was without curtain and so there was always a lot of water on the floor.
The host were great hope to see them again during my next vacation to Hellas. None.
Very clean rooms and excellent location right in the heart of the old town. Shopping and great restaurants literally on your doorstep! There is a roof terrace with a nice view and for €55 per night in peak season (mid August) it was very reasonable. No shower curtain so bathroom "floods"; the double bed was a small double and therefore a squeeze for two people.
good location large room this rooms for rent are not suitable for people with kids they don't have non baby cod no water heater lot of stairs to get at the room only shower no certain risk for accidents
I enjoyed the clean room and the service I received at Imeros. Everything is withing walking distance of the town.
Situation: very near the old harbour and many good restuarants and little shops No lift (we were on 2nd floor & had heavy suitcases), no reception, no breakfast, no balcony.
The location is excellent. In front of a beach. If you get a room with a view, you can see fabulous sunsets
the only thing i liked about Danaos is the view from the room. From the rooms with sea view the sunset is magnificent. change beds, furniture and all plumbing...
I loved the hotel - it was right across the road from a lovely beach, great view of the coast, islands and mountains. 20mins walk along the coast path to the Old Harbour and a bus stop 50yds away to gat into town. Loads of good quality tavernas along the front and a couple of mini- markets - one next door and one about 100yds away. a bar right next door to the hotel - great!!!! The Manager/Owner (not sure which) was very helpful and always pleasant and friendly and the other staff were great - nothing too much trouble and clean linen every other day. I would definately stay here again and recommend it to my friends. Only 1 thing which was not the fault of the hotel - but a couple of buildings away there was a German Shepherd dog that was roaming on the roof and was never taken for walks or allowed in the house this meant that it was barking night and day at anything that moved!!!!! Also on Friday evenings they have live music in the bar and it does not seem to finish until 1.30'ish Sat morning and I was unfortunate to have a room above the back of the bar!!
Excellent location for beach, great view. The staff were ignorant and unhelpful. The hotel bar discouraged visitors, The bathroom was disgrace, toilet seat falling off, no shower hook, only one small dim light for shaving, mould on shower curtain. No where to store cases. Not enough drawer space
Very helpfull and friendly staff. Perfect location, near the sea, 10 minutes up to the harbour and business centre with shopping area. We had seaview room so you could hear the waves in the night, it was really great! We really enjoyed our holidays!
Location, across the street from the beach. The sewage system was very poor, particularly in the toilette. The rooms were not done on Sundays. An extra 3% was charged when paying with a credit card.
Firendly staff, great location in front of nice sandy beach and short walk into old town Breakfast was marginal, but typical for this class of hotel; not a big issue as other options are available very close
It was right by the beach and a good reataurant. It needs a serious makeover, but has nice pictures on the walls.
I liked the decor of the hotel and the hotel staff. It was withinh easy walking of the old town
Was offered a room with a great view of the beach and the sea. The room had everything needed such as balcony, A/C, TV and fridge. Very helpful reception staff. Walking distance (15 minutes) to the centre. Starting to show some signs of age but still good value for money..
Very friendly staff, clean functional rooms, impressed with hotel for value and would recommend, the receptionist even leant me her own hairdryer! The air con was appreciated. No breakfast included or offered in hotel, it is only offered when they have groups in.
We were able to leave our bags for the whole day and the front desk staff let us use an empty room to change our clothes after a beach day before leaving town. The location was great right near a beautiful beach. It was nice to have a balcony. There was a table and chairs inside the room and a lots of storage space. There was a lot of noise, but not sure if it was from within the hotel or from other surrounding buildings.
Near to the beach and port town Irregular cleaning and change of bed sheet, towels
Cheap and nice
the location was good for our purpose of visit. small rooms, towels were smelly, the hotel was constantly having strange odours.
This hotel was great. Set back one block from the beach, you have the sea right there, but no noise from the oceanfront road, a perfect combination. I slept well, with no street noise to wake me up. The short walk to the center along the beach is very enjoyable. The hotel staff were polite and competent. I didn't have breakfast there, since there are many nice little places along the beach to eat.
Internet connection was extremely poor in the 2nd floor
The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The situation is ideal, close to the beach, the harbours, the main town and the bus station. No.
This hotel is really charming, clean and price-worthy ! The staff was very helpful and always cheerful and polite. The cleaning was always quick and effective. The location of the hotel was perfect, only 200 meters to the beach and only 1 street with modest traffic to cross. The internet connection and speed was surprisingly good, and there was some international TV-channels like BBC News and German Eurosport. The refrigerator on room was big enough for storing breakfast for 2 persons. We recommend this hotel to people that is not so picky about hotel interior but just wants a decent place to stay during a nice vacation with beach-life and good restaurants ! Hotel rooms are mostly for sleeping, anyway... :-) We have nothing negative to say about this hotel.
I arrived to Chania nearly at 8 a.m. and it was no problem to settle down immediately and not to wait till 12.00. It was also no problem to left my luggage at service desk till evening after ckeck out. Also stuff was very helpfull, and besides I like a lot closeness to beach.
the staff was very friendly, very helpful always smiling..excellent breakfast buffet with good selection. the wireless internet was advertised on Bookings as being free, but i had to pay for it....alsowhen i asked for it they lady gave me the 120 min.which was which was 90 min..i did not know it was a choice. of 30 min. increments.i was never told i had to pay til checkout.
Good internet access. Nice and quiet.
in the heart of the city internet
Staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous. Parking is difficult.
The hotel was nicely renovated and in very good overall condition, the breakfast buffet was very good, offered non-smoking rooms, good air conditioning, centrally located The advertised free parking was not really available or generally too full (but parking on street was ok); we had an early arrival (7am) but did not get a room until 12pm - maybe difficult booking sitation at hotel
The staff and the easy access to the town The beds were very old and very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on the floor. The mattress had to have been as old as the hotel was.
Centrally located, right across the markt. 15 min walk to KTEL bus station. 10 min to harbor or Turkish old neighborhood. Resourceful staff. Safe large enough for a small lap top. Room with a partial view of the old neighborhood. Sound proof room, quiet. Room looks old, low quality sheet, very firm bed.
Nice hotel. Good location. Just one - If you like to sleep with open window at night - forget it (very noisy street). Ask for backyard room.
Lack of adequate parking places for the privately owned vehicles of hotel's residents.
The hotel is comfortable, though the shower room was small. It is well situated, being right on the harbour but not in a noisy part of it.It has an excellent and good value restaurant right beside it. Breakfasts were good, particularly the generous helpings of fresh orange juice from an orange squashing machine. I was surprised that the manager should come into our room and rifle through my wife's suitcase looking for a bag that he mistakenly thought he should not have left in our room on behalf of the asssociation whose AGM we were attending.
Excellent location, the view from the balcony was incredible! Good breakfasts which can be eaten outside on the harbour front, a small modern bar with a lovely garden terrace. I go regularly to Chania and will use this hotel again. The rooms had limited storage space but no problem for one or two night stays.
The receptionist was very helpful and she recommended a lovely local style restaurant nearby with excellent food. The rooms and the bathrooms were very small, the beds were hard, the pillows were awful and it was noisy. Value for money was poor. Breakfast was below average.
This hotel is located on the quieter side of the harbor. Our balcony provided a nice place to relax, enjoy the breeze, and look over the harbor and street activity. It is an easy walk to the rest of the old town and numerous restaurants. Customer service was great. The staff spoke English, provided an early breakfast since we had an early bus trip to the gorge, called taxis, sold stamps, and laundry prices were reasonable for a hotel. The hotel provides a big breakfast buffet with fresh orange juice. You could get English news on the TV. The room itself was a bit small and drab, but clean. The beds were hard like most hotels in Greece. While the hotel is in a quiet area of the harbor, there was a fair amount of background noise (elevators, doors, etc) from the hotel itself.
Right on the waterfront in Chania, near plenty of restaurants, maritime museum and "old town centre", this is a great spot and will recommend to all our friends. Special mention due to the little lassie on reception (pregnant) who was an absolute gem. Management (listen up) she deserves a raise !! Car parking can be a bit problematic, and vehicular access generally not great- but this is also an advantage reducing traffic along the beautiful waterfront !!
location was alright 1 staff was extremely rude. 1 was ok, and 1 was helpful. I lost my luggage and they were not very sympathetic.
Position of hotel Would have preferrd room overlooking harbour
The staff were all helpful and friendly. The location is very good indeed. The room we had was very basic and small. Since our last visit, five years ago, provision for breakfast has declined somewhat.
location, service a bit expensive
its location and the view from the rooms
The hotel is not so close to the city center but you can get the bus just in front (5 min) but walking is possible, after the beach it's really nice to walk to the hotel to see nice views and to go to hidden beaches. But the best thing of the hotel is the staff, they are very nice and helpful. The free internet is also a plus point. Nice breakfeast. We loved Crete / Xania. We for sure recommend this hotel.
Beautiful Hotel in a not so great area. Area.
The room was adequate, with wireless internet, which was a major plus. The staff were always friendly and eager to answer questions about the local area. The breakfast selection was more than enough to satisfy any tastes. No air conditioning. A couple of nights, it was warm enough that I woke up in the middle of the night sweating. There's nothing to do unless you wish to sit at the bar in the evening. No pool or pool table to occupy time in the evening.
Small rooms, no balconies
A wonderful, calm & excellent location
Interesting building No shaver socket.
It was in Chania but very quiet and I appreciate that
I would recomend this hotel to anyone and everyone. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; the location of the hotel was nice too. It is a little outside of the city, which is nice to come back to after a long day and relax.
Friendly helpful staff
Stayed1 night in Chania, difficult to find the hotel because link Travel information For personalized driving directions from the booking.com site were wrong! Also 3 of the 4 maps of the old city were wrong. After waiting for somebody to come to the hotel , everything was wonderfull
Very service minded staff. And an excellent location - quiet but still very central. The shower did not work properly. No iron/board available at all.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was modern and clean. The location is perfect for the harbour and restaurants, and a short walk to the local beach.
The hotel was central and very clean. Room was a good size and comfortable. The area is quiet despite it's central location near to the harbour and tavernas. This particular area of Chania comprises narrow lanes and there is little chance of having a view from windows. I arrived at the hotel to find nobody there and reception locked. There was a contact number (thank goodness for mobile phones) and somebody arrived quickly within 5 minutes, so might be an idea to give the hotel an arrival time. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Chania (but not for a long break). I do not feel that it can be classed as a boutique hotel (to British standards anyway), more of an equivalent would be a good contemporary English b&b. Poor value for money. My experience in Chania is that there is lots of accommodation and the price does not necessarily reflect what might be best for each persons particular needs. e.g. Later in the holiday I went back to Chania for two days and found a studio with large balcony with sea and mountain views, just behind the harbour, including small kitchenette for half the price I paid at the Ionas.
This hotel has been renovated to an excellent standard. The inside is completely modern, with all comforts provided, yet the outside retains the original charm the building once was. How to find it! We had to ring the hotel and the owner came and found us. Descriptive not clear to follow especially if you do not know the area. We could not get the jacuzzi to work either.
Good location in the old district area with access to nearby shops and restaurants Hotel is new and has good atmosphere as well as nice bed and bath. Internet was not working at the time and there is no balcony. Also the room floor was not clean. Only one set of keys and reception available only until 3pm. Guests have to lock the main entrance every time ! I found that a bit weird for such a hotel. Breakfast was ok but not much of a selection.
Best value on our European holiday. Very nice size rooms appointed with good quality furnishings. Good location and good breakfast. A real gem tucked away from busy streets in old town Hania. Reception only open until 12:00. Need to advise arrival time to have someone meet you. Located on a pedestrian street, taxi's not able to take you and your luggage to front door, approx 100m walk.
Great location and the room was lovely. A really nice, relaxed place to stay. The breakfast could have been better.
Placed right in the centre of Chania close to the port and all of the excellet eating places and shops and close to the market I will always stay here on my trips to Loutro or other points in Crete as it is also convenient for Chania Airpport
It may not be on the waterfront, but it's very walkable from there. Modern, great rooms, clean, great staff, good bar and café. Just an all around great place to stay!
Location. It is located in a nice area of town.Room was very clean.Young man in front desk was very kind. Breakfast was meager. Lady was stressed by the fact that I requested fruits with it.Hotel advertises free parking, when in reality there is no way to get a car to that part of town; I had to leave my rental car in a paid parking 4 blocks from the hotel
The hotel was lovely. Very original and quaint. Lovely decor and nice bathroom.
In the old town, sense of history. Old world but very comfortable furnishing Great staff No problems. Stairs we good exercise
It was very good that the hotel is in the middle of old town Chania. Easy to get to centrum, the harbour and restaurants arround I liked the stay very much - but maybe the breakfast could be a little more different
