Pros: Nothing worst experience ever!
Cons: Never got the car. Overbooked and misleading. Conditions were not as specified! Customer service was horrible. Need to restart the whole office! Will never use again! First time trying kayak and hertz. Usually use enterprise directly with no problems. Made us start late on our vacation and ended up having to pay double on a late notice reservation with another company! I will tell everyone about how horrible you both are!!!

Ordered a full-size, but ended up with a midsize
Pros: The car was clean and I liked that I could park my own vehicle there while I rented the car
Cons: I had reserved a full-size car but they gave me a Nissan Altima. Since I drive a truck, all cars look small to me, so at first I thought maybe I was just imagining how small it was. But it truly was a midsize car. Just a 4 cylinder engine as well. It ended up working out, but I would like to get what I pay for since I paid extra for a full-size.

Pros: Pick up was easy and drop off after hours convenient. Courteous employees.
Cons: Employees were pushy to get extras - fuel, insurance (3 levels). Car was clean on outside, but had crumbs under seats and in cupholders. The seats were standard and not comfortable to ride on, but there was a great deal on the van.

Had to fight with them for hours. They changed my husbands gold card
Cons: They stole my husbands gold card number and gave it to some one else that day. We wanted to pick the car up at the airport and it was changed to the Coliseum. The day before, he changed by phone back to the airport and they changed it again. Once at the airport they wouldn't help us. So my husband spent 1.5 hours on and off of the phone to get it corrected. Every time they said it was we still did't have a car. We proved the card number had been his number since 1998 and just the day of the rental they had given it to some one else. They would not change it back. We had to pay 44 dollars for a car to get the car and it took a huge chunk out of our day. They then told us we could return it to the airport with no extra charge, but the told us there would be and added fee. We had to fight that too.
Cons: While booking please consider the customer request ,please do not give address when the customer aakes for airport location.please pop up a message saying it is bring booked at diffetent place

Pros: The car was great on gas.
Cons: The employees were rude, windows were dirty on the inside of the car and the window wipers were bad. Mind you we drove through the mountains in the rain. Had to pull over because we couldn't see. And once I told the associate at drop off, I was blatantly ignored. Never will go there again.
