Cons: I was disappointed that no one was at the KIOSK to return my car. I had had a long trip and was suffering back pain and had to locate the Dollar Car Rental station inside the airport. Thankfully there was someone inside the airport to assist me w/a wheelchair so that I could navigate the long corridors to return my keys and to find my departure date.
Hours of operation would be good information to post on the KIOSK. Thank you for allowing me to mention this.

Pros: Vehicle was a good size. It handled well. Gas usage went well. Liked that the car was not black which would have made the hot day worse. Also like CD player that came with the car.

Pros: Car was great but thought i was getting a full size from the Kayak
Cons: The Kayak website is misleading. I put in a full size but got a special/generic. My fault because I did not closely check my reservation. Cost me an extra $40 to upgrade.

Pros: They gave me a free upgrade.
Cons: Airport car rental pickup is under construction for all car rental companies. Had to walk about 250 yards.

I won't use dollar rental again
Pros: The brakes were bad the car wasn't clean smelled like smoke. When doing a walk around I had to ask the lady to come of her brake to ask her questions.

Pros: Fare and vehicle options. All their people were very nice and helpful.
Cons: We ordered a specific size vehicle at least a month before pick-up. When we got there, the vehicle was not available and they needed to search for one so we conveniently had to be "upgraded" for $30 additional dollars per day to the vehicle we had.
No instructions on car features - just given the keys and allowed to leave.

Pros: When I picked up the car I asked for the $39 insurance to be added to my bill. I was asked to sign in three places but not explained what each place was. Shame on me for not looking closely and trusting the agent at the counter. He added the $89 insurance instead. What should have been a $90 bill ended up costing me $203. I called corporate to complain and get a refund and even had a witness but they will do nothing.
Now about the car. It was decent but three different times the ABS light and some other light came on. If you call the emergency number for budget you get eternal hold. So I wasn't sure if I was driving in a safe car.
Overall the car was new and clean but the money thing and the dishonesty of the agent and the unwillingness of corporate to change it has made it so I will never use budget again.
Cons: I waited over three hours after my reserved time for them to provide a car and the car they provided was not a full size. When I contacted customer care they refused to adjust my rate or offer any other compensation.

Closed and reservation not on File
Cons: The counter was closed and a sign directed me to Budget Rentals. They were also closed and another sign directed to Avis. They had no record of my reservation.

Was not clear where to pick up the car and no one
Pros: Was fast to get thru the paperwork. Not the usual long time it takes to sign in many places, verbose data from employee...
Cons: Was not labeled well about where to get car. Had to walk around clicking lock on the remote till I heard the car beep. No one to help.
