Pros: nothing about this no show car rental company
Cons: When I showed up at advantage they told me they had no cars available. They also said since i didn't pay in advance i should go on Hotwire and get a car through another agency. I tried that and the cheapest car was 500.00/day. So I ended up with no car rental. I used business associates at the location i was visiting and taxis for two days. I will never use advantage car rental and probably never use kayak to rent through.

Cons: Reserved suv not available. Next car showed "Maintenance Required" as I drove off lot. Came back & had to settle for small compact not comfy for elderly parents for same price. Will not use Advance in future.

Unacceptable customer service
Pros: We returned the vehicle and was accused of denting the front bumper. When we tried to explain we did not do it, the female inspecting the vehicle became very rude and disrespectful. We told her no one ever did a pre-inspection once the car was in our possession and we were told that was our fault but as we were leaving after dropping off, we witnessed the person verifying information before the cars are driven off the lot, inspecting vehicles. We notified our insurance company about the situation and things are being handled. Needless to say, we will NEVER rent a car from. Advantage at Atlanta Hartsfield airport. They're customer service was unacceptable and we think they are trying to get paid for something that we did not do.

Wonderful service with Advantage
Pros: Great personnel at the Atlanta airport, well-organized, and helpful. Car was clean and ready to go; no problems on the road at all.

Inexpensive and easy!
Pros: I felt the whole experience was simple - show up, retrieve reservation at the computer station, print my contract, pick out a car, and go! The price was perfect as well.
Cons: There was not a negative part of the experience!

Excellent Customer Service
Pros: I rented the car on Kayak the day before my trip, the process was easy and when I got to the Alamo counter, the rental agents were quick and efficient. Junella was the gal that helped me out and was super nice and very helpful. The car I had was a Volvo and a sweet ride.

Pros: Our car drove very smoothly and was very comfortable for our needs. We received the car very quickly and returned it quickly. The vehicle was in great condition and I got the one I requested when I booked.
Cons: I reserved the car via Kayak about a month ago and my estimated price was $211.00 and at check out my price was $321.00. I am on a budget and I think there should be a better means for estimates. This was over $100.00 difference. BUT the redeeming factor was the very helpful representative from Alamo; she refunded charges I didn't request. I felt like my representative with Alamo intentionally added an insurance charge I did not need.

Pros: My flight was leaving at 5:20am I was at Almo car center at 3am a car was blocking the entrance. No sign to say please return all Almo car to (Any place) but nothing if was 4:30 before we got someone down there from Almo. All I have to say is never again.

Excellent customer service
Pros: Was provided a complimentary upgrade after my original rental smelled on cigarette smoke.
Cons: cold response from the manager as they didn't had any intermediate or compact car for me. Gave me a mini van which i didn't need as is V6 and consumes more gas. Plus i was driving in mountain region , therefore small cars are easier to maneuver . I asked him to provide me a smaller car even if it was v6 so driving is easier for me. He DECLINED and gave me no options at that price even he had a smaller car honda genset. He wanted to sell me that car at a higher price WHICH ofcourse i won't pay addtional. was out of my budget.

Don't be fooled by the low price...
Pros: Getting in and out of the facility was quick.
Cons: We were told that our reserved car had been given to someone else and the only other car at that price range was a van so the low price that we thought we were getting was increased significantly.
The car- a Hyundai Sonata- REEKED of cigarette smoke.

Pros: We got the car even though our flight was a bit delayed and I was afraid we'd be too late and get charged extra. Customer service treated us very well at the airport and although she was the only person behind the desk, we weren't in line waiting too long, which we appreciated after a long day.
Overall a very positive experience :)
Cons: The car didn't reverse very well, I had to give it a lot more gas, but that is probably a manufacturing issue.
Also, the rental car return in Atlanta Airport is really confusing. There aren't any clear signs about return, other than the general vicinity of the company you're renting from. We also got there at 6am, so maybe the issue was more that it was really early and there weren't enough employees available to direct the customer.

Manually slow, clunky check in process but if you
Pros: Good value for the money.
Cons: Check in is ALWAYS painfully slow. If there is a line at check in forget it, you'll be waiting 45 minutes to check in, and then at best another eight minutes to get your keys....
The cars that I have received have always had some spray disinfectant, like in a hotel room that someone smoked in.

will never recommend E-Z Rent-A-Car
Cons: Few customers but the time to get service was about 20-30 minutes.
The first car I was assigned had a tailpipe loose. Had to be assigned a second car.
The two cars I experienced had air freshener that was not pleasant.
The second car had stains in the drivers seat.
The second car leaked water. I took pictures of where the water was leaking into the car from under the dash as well as from the roof/headliner.
They have you inspect the vehicle before you drive, but the garage is so dark and the car was wet it was difficult to inspect. Had to use the phone flash led to provide light to inspect the car.

Never rent a car with EZ again
Cons: They charged us 15 dollars per day for driving from Atlanta to Orlando on the day we picked up the car. Even though it showed "unlimited miles" when we booked online.

Cons: Well when I go there the first vehicle that was offered to me had damage on the left corner bumper. I returned it to them immediately didn't notice it until I parked in better lighting, that's another thing why are there vehicles still being used when there is damage to them I was not pleased with this visit to your company

Car wasn't available
Cons: I reserved a car online through Kayak. When I got there to pick it up, on a tight timeframe, I was told the car wasn't there. They then tried to tell me that I didn't actually reserve the car online, I reserved the "time" which makes absolutely no sense. I was forced to rent a minivan instead of a compact car and they then had the audacity to charge me almost 30% more. Terrible operation, don't rent from them.
Cons: I had to wait to get the car key.
The car was not readily available.

Cons: Charged 3 days for a 1 day rental. When I complained they said they changed the billing, but only charged the 1 day fee as well as the 3 day fee. An overcharge of over $200.00. Still not resolved one week later.

Car infested with roaches
Pros: The rental was convenient and reasonably priced. Pick up and drop off was easy and quick.
Cons: The car had a roach infestation which I discovered later that evening.
Cons: I signed paperwork when I collected the car (late at night) thinking it was the usual rental agreement but discovered on my return that I'd taken out additional insurance I didn't want, need or asked for and was handed a bill for $179.
At no time did the Avis Agent tell me or my wife who was with me that I was taking out additional insurance or that I would have to pay for it on the car's return. It added $179 to the cost of the car rental that I wasn't expecting to pay. They wouldn't refund me the money when I complained and I've since discovered their agents get commission on any additional insurance they sell.
I FELT CONNED. So if you do hire a car from AVIS, be VERY careful what you sign and make sure you tell the Agent you don't want any additional insurance. (I suggest you video the encounter on your phone as they wouldn't take my word for it when I complained). Avis suck and I'm never going to hire a car from them again.

Cons: The rental price for the time rented was not fair or equal, being that the car was supposed to be returned to a Northern location. Driving a front wheel drive threw a storm with my wife and two young boys. After calling Avis to inform the return station of drop-off they were closed at 7:00PM. This was my first time renting a car and the experience was not good at all. After witnessing the price my family paid for a day rental is equal to a price of a month rental I felt as if I was robbed. this will be my last rental, we as a people will never prosper if these are the standers we live by.

Pros: Pick up area was excellent at Atlanta Airport but Drop Off location was not as easy. It was dark at the time & we were not familiar with the Cleveland area. Drop Off is an industrial area not within Airport Property. We were using Goggle Maps & it was confusing. Just barely made grace period due to construction areas in Tennessee.

Pros: The gentleman at my drop off point was very apologetic and heard my complaints with genuine care and concern.
Cons: Anyone who thinks a Hyndai Santa Fe is a standard SUV should have their head examined. Its a crossover for goodness sake. Trying to put 4 adults + bags into this vehicle for a 10 day trip was a joke! Not to mention when we got to Atlanta, after we checked out and PAID ... they didn't even have a car for us??? WTH? How does the desk not communicate with the lot across the street... Hey the lady that made a reservation a month ago for a "standard SUV" is here and we are sending her over. The lot guy literally ran around and talked to his manager for 20 minutes telling us he just didn't have anything, but we could take this KIA Sorento?? Again.... not a "standard SUV" and there was no way in heck we were getting our bags and bodies into that vehicle. The Santa FE happened to roll in fresh from the car wash... but still not that clean? When I got in I was shocked to find it was manual seats and couldn't even get the seat up high enough to see out, as I am only 4'10. The key fob never worked to open the back doo and it took us 30 minutes to figure out where the button was to open the gas cap... (in fact we googled it!) I have always rented from Avis here and come to Georgia quite often.. I will be going back to AVis as they at least always have a car and the cars are always very nice. You get what you pay for!

Enterprise is a 10. Much more than expected
Pros: Headed to TX for family vacation so reserved a larger vehicle than we own to have more room for grandkids and stuff. Online reservation was quick and easy. At pickup the clerk asked about the logo in my shirt. I work for an automotive dealership and asked if my brand was available ( my adult children would never let my live down driving an inferior product!!). The counter clerk said he would check. When the attendant pulled my vehicle around for me, not only was it my brand, but was the upgraded luxury edition. I was speechless. The vehicle they gave me normally rents for double what I paid. Thank you Enterprise for a very comfortable trip. BTW, the kids were very impressed with mom and dad's ride

Exceptional customer service
Pros: Not a joke, but I would love to employ that lady who serviced my request. I observed her am and in comparison, I figured out she was just very fast and efficient.
Cons: They said they gave away my car because I did not pick it up at noon...my flight was scheduled to land at 2:30 pm, which it did...SCAM!!! Will never use again!!!

Cons: I booked our reservation as for an 11 o'clock pick up. Our flight arrived early, and we got to the rental car counter about 25 minutes before that. I do this all time. It's normally no big deal. We were told that we would have to wait until 11 o'clock. They had no cars. When I approached the counter to see if any other cars were available, I was told they had a Kia Sol for me. I assumed this upgrade was complimentary. I was wrong. We were charged an extra $50 for the car. Here's the thing though, when we were down in the car, I saw at least 2 compact cars (which is what I ordered) just sitting in Ace's parking spaces, ready to go.
