Pros: The tank wasn't full when I picked it up. First time ever that has happened to me. I then returned the car without filling the tank because I didn't feel like I should have to as it didn't come that way. I used about 2 gallons and did not refill that either knowing I would get charged a bit more, but they charged me $32 more. Certainly not Thrifty

Closed before scheduled close time
Pros: I arrived to Rental Car In Pompano Beach Florida, Location was only 10 min from condo.
Cons: They closed 15 minutes to the scheduled 4pm close time.
I even waived at the attendant, and he ignored me. I was left there with my suit case and standing with no where to go. I call Uber, to find me another place to rent a car, as I had to travel to Gainesville FL, I went to Enterprise 3 blocks away on Federal Higway, they took good care of me ASAP. I will never use Thrifty AGAIN so disappointed.

Pros: I liked the car, a Kia Soul.
Cons: The nerve to search for the spouse of the renter. Very unfair.

Cons: Guy tried to rent me compact when I paid for intermediate.
Hard to stay with Enterprise as rates change daily
Cons: I utilize a rental car for short ,one-way trips. I understand I'm not your target customer, but consistent, reasonable rates are very hard to find at Enterprise and I need to look elsewhere for pricing-every time!

Insurance rip off
Pros: Location was convenient to where I was staying.
Cons: I called ahead to reconfirm and check if cars were available and how long I should expect to wait. I was told no wait. I got there and there waited 30 minutes and noticed someone who was a walk-in without a reservation after me had already gotten a car and left. Apparently there was a mix-up with the car they originally wanted to give me. So 45 min later and late to pick up my mom at the airport, I got a car. I originally told the rep i didnt want any insurance but she directed me to sign in areas that I later learned was accepting insurance and cost me an additional $200.
