Pros: The personnel working at Hertz were nice and apologetic.
Cons: We had to wait over an hour because they didn't have any cars the size we ordered. They offered us a SUV, if we paid the upgrade fee. When we finally got a car it smelled aweful. They sprayed the car but it didn't help. The back car seat was stained. The trunk was dirty. Reservation not honored
Pros: LAX Enterprise resolved the problem but still not what I needed
Cons: Reservation cancelled without notice by Enterprise office in Gardena.
Pros: There was absolutely nothing pleseant about this experience. They're offices were far and staff unwilling to help. Price competitive but no cars.
Cons: We didn't get the car. Took an uber for $30USD to the location. They had no car for us. Even tho it was booked.
Rebooked directly with them over a payphone, we found few miles down the road, at another branch, went to the other branch, $20USD. No car there either. Walked the restoration of the way now ubered.
