Cons: I received a call from Hertz eleven days after making the reservation, two days before I was to pick up the car, informing me that the car would not be available because they would be closed. By this time, all available rentals in my area had been reserved. Hertz was unable or unwilling to help.
I was unable to get a car, and therefore unable to go home for Thanksgiving.
If I could give this a negative rating, I would.
