Pros: Rental price was very low for a one-way reservation.
Cons: Pickup took over 30 minutes. Car wasn't ready / available, even though I came at the time stated in reservation.

Great staff, great car...location dicey
Pros: Brand-new car in excellent condition; friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: The location is dicey. My cab driver who dropped me off asked me twice if I was sure I had the right location and didn't want to let me out of the car! There is no sign and it looked like I was being dropped off at an abandoned garage.

Cons: Off site counter closed 5 minutes before flight landed. Hertz charges $300 more for airport counter pickup.

Cons: There were a LOT of fees added on after the fact. I was quoted $173 on Kayak but the rental ended up being over $270.

I WAS CHARGED FOR AN ADDITIONAL DAY
Pros: The customer service reps at both locations, South Windham, CT and Sullivant Ave in Columbus, OH, were extremely helpful and courteous. The car was clean and got me to where I needed to go.
Cons: I do not appreciate the fact that I was charged an additional day of rental. This is an error. I will be calling your corporate hq to have the erroneous charges removed from my account.

Cons: The clerk did not honor the agreed terms.. would not let me have a car.tried to get 55 a day when the agreed terms were 32 a day...lost a days work
Cons: Worst service ever will never use again they call you back at last minute tell me they have nothing to offer other then small car well 3 kids and a wife dont work in a match box car had to book with another company
Cons: 1. Too much upselling and attempting to make what you've already booked online at a certain price appear as a discount by saying that the vehicle you requested is actually more but that they've chosen to give you a deal. To be honest, a bit disappointing and mildly insulting. Also, there was a great effort to downplay the value / benefit of the third parties (kayak) insurance package over that offered by the company itself. Having stated that I had already purchased full coverage I was still sort of brow beaten into purchasing their package.
In the end I regret not having just said no thank you to anything extra. Upon reflection I probably should have just cancelled my booking altogether when it became apparent that it was deviating from what I'd already booked. I paid way too much for my experience.
Pros: only place that seemed to have a large suv for rent.
my normal "goto" enterprise said they had one but it turns out they only have them at the airport...for like$300 more!
