Pros: The price ended up being cheaper than the quote online which I was happy about.
Cons: They seemed very unorganized; weren't sure about details on the cars, lost a pair of keys for one of the cars, hadn't cleaned the rental because it was "Monday" (whatever that means). The car didn't have any gas which was slightly inconvenient, and smelled like smoke. Gross.

couldn't turn the car in early
Cons: We wanted to return the car late Saturday but because they are closed on Sunday and Labor day we had to wait until Tuesday.
That was $ 45 wasted.

Had issues but Manager made it right
Pros: Customer responsiveness to issue and instant response. Good job.
Cons: Car wasn't cleaned properly creating poor visibility.
Pros: Pick up and drop off was good. The car was ok (as written on the order)
Cons: First of all the HUGE damage waver fee. Higher than the rental price. Plus 20% fees in a drop off. Plus was charged for extra hour 6% of all the amount. In the end Ive payed 125% more then I expected. In addition the representatives are not friendly. It was looks like they were happy to charge extra.
