Cons: When I booked I said car rental at O'Hare Airport. Apparently I got an Enterprise car rental about 1 hours from the airport because it was cheapest. When I went to the Enterprise rental car at O'Hare, they told me that happens a lot, but they did not offer any customer service. It was like "oh well". I asked if they could book me a car there at their location and they said they couldn't. Finally, after asking what I should do, they gave me some of their"competitor" phone numbers at O'hare location and I contacted them. Of course it was more money and we had to take a shuttle back to the airport and then over to the other agency, but we finally got the car! Terrible experience!

Excellent Customer Service!
Pros: They called me to confirm my rental after I booked it (a human), which was a very nice touch. The staff at the rental counter were extremely friendly and got me in and out quick on pick-up and again on return. Very grateful for excellent staff at the Enterprise in Oak Lawn, Illinois (SW Hwy)

Best deal ever!!!!
Pros: The car! Got to rent a beemer for the same cost of a sub compact!
Pros: The two Girls that we picked the car up from was very nice.
Cons: The car was a mess inside and out, and all that was said was "Im sorry, I feel bad"... Really! If we weren't in a bind for a car, I would have went some where else.

Unusually average renting experience
Pros: Rate wasn't too bad, ease of pick up/drop off is always smooth. I appreciate the no one way fee at hertz, since that is predominantly how I get rentals.
Cons: Charged for fuel option that's I didn't approve of at pick up. Car was very basic. Seemed rather pricey to add a driver per day, considering that's the only time in recent years I've ever even had to pay to add one.

Pros: Your website did not reflect the Hertz policy that the card used to make the reservation had to be presented when picking up the car. A corporate AM EX was used to pay for the rental. Since I did not have the card with me, I had to use my own credit card for the rental. The rental charge was higher since I was making a same day reservation.
Cons: That the website stated the reservation was paid in full but made no mention that I had to have the same credit card used to make the reservation with me at the time of pick up. I was prepared to use my own card for the deposit, but expected the rental to be charged to the corporate card that was used. Because of this I have to wait "up to 7 days" for the security deposit to be refunded and at least two weeks for the reimbursement from work for the rental.
Pros: The customer service was great. The convenience of the location (proximity to Midway Airport) without all those crazy airport fees. Easy to get in and out. Enjoyed the new Hyundai. 8940 Cicero location is perfect and very safe for travelers.
