Cons: The two locations i rented from, San Antonio and Corpus Christi, have zero communication between them. I believe this is the main reason for my having to pay nearly double the estimated rate.
When i tried to explain this to the Corpus Christi location, they had no idea or explanation.

Pros: Not much really other than the location of the desk in the Corpus Christi airport
Cons: The rude customer service, inability to work with them to correct mistakes that they made. Some examples include, being told to give the damage sheet to the guard on the way out... there was no guard nor anyone around. I told them I wanted to extend my reservation. I was instructed to call in later with that. When I did, I was told I had to drive 4 hours back to the location I picked up the vehicle in order to change my original reservation. I followed the instructions of the desk attendant at the desk of pick up. I was then told since I cannot drive 8 hours (4 hours each way) out of my way, I would be charged a late fee.

Lack of information and waste of time
Pros: Picking the car and reservation was easy and the customer service woman was awesome, if I had warning on the deposit this would have been an amazing experience
Cons: There was lack of information online about there being a double your cost deposit so I went unprepared and I live 30 min from the nearest pick up. If it would have been posted online that you'll need double your total in a deposit I would have gotten things prepared with my credit card. Ended up not getting the rental and cancelling plans to see family I haven't seen in 7 years.

Cons: Charge you an extra 10 at your inconvenience after you sign off a different amount...want to make that extra buck with no rhyme or reason? Taking my buisness elsewhere.

Pros: Process was easy and staff was pretty friendly.
Cons: Terrible car condition. Back bumper was totally split from car. It was hanging of and flapping in the wind. Not good for safety, noise, or efficiency.
Cons: The agent gave me a car with a faulty gas gauge and was reluctant to change out vehicles. He insisted I take the car because it was difficult for him to change the vehicles out due to recent computer changes. He advised me that I would be responsible for an unfilled tank even if the gauge said "full". I patiently waited while he changed out the vehicles. Poor customer service.
Pros: I DID LIKE THE CAR EVENTHOUGH I REQUESTED A MIDSIZE.
Cons: REQUESTED A MIDSIZE BUT HAD TO TAKE AN ECONOMY. THERE WAS NO NOTATION FROM KAYAK THAT I COULD PICK UP FROM THE AIRPORT. MY CONFORMATION SAID I HAD TO PICK UP FROM ENTERPRISE ON SOUTH PADRE ISLAND DRIVE OFFICE. THEN WHEN I WENT TO GET IT THEY WERE CLOSED. I WAS WITHOUT A CAR FOR TWO DAYS.
