Cons: I was given what is usually a compact/economy car when I paid for a booked an intermediate car. He said that the car used to be an economy car, but it's now an intermediate because "it's bigger". It definitely seemed like the same car to me...

Cons: We never got a car. I was told they rented all the cars to others and did not have one for us. I called to tell them we were on our way and they could not find our reservation. Then they found it and said they couldn't find it because I put it in my husbands name. We both have the same name. Worst experience we ever had. We needed to get to the airport.

Was not told extra charge would apply to drop off.
Cons: Poor customer service in not insuring I understood office would be closed and airport office would charge for intercity drop off. So 24 hour rental was not 24 hour and rental cost 30$ more than if I had just rented from airport from the start. Agent had plenty of time to shoot the breeze about cats

The customer service was outstanding !!
Pros: Lisa was the associate who handled my car rental agreement. She was very personable and extremely helpful. I will definitely come back to Hertz again when I need to rent a car.
