I never got my car.
Cons: The Kayak site said there was a shuttle from LGB airport to this Enterprise location. There wasn't. They wanted me to take a cab to the company whose tagline is, "We'll pick you up." Instead, I called them and they transferred my reservation to the Enterprise location at the LGB airport. They promised me the rate would be the same. Unfortunately, they then tripled the cost of my reservation. I walked 10 feet over to the Alamo counter and they gave me a car for my original rate. I'll never use Enterprise again.

Pros: The Enterprise associate Richard was courteous, efficient, and professional in every aspect.
Cons: I just wish that this particular Enterprise office provided walk-in services and not just by appointment only.
Cons: The reservation went through carrentals.com who made the wed-Sunday rental with a hertz location that is not open on Sunday. Tehran I went to pick up the car I was informed I'd have to pay for an additional day. They said they could not refund me because I had made the reservation through a third party and had pre-paid. I didn't pick up the car (made other plans) thinking surely carrentals.com would see their error and refund me. My assumption was wrong. Pathetic. Fortunately a call to hertz resolved the issue. Thanks hertz for making it right.

Worst car rental company
Cons: I never got a car! And Hertz never called me back! I had to take a $200 Uber to get to my desntation. I tried to rent for another Hertz, no car there either!

Pros: The price and car was great, the desk agent was able to change our drop-off to the Airport since we would be returning when the downtown office would be closed. It cost us an additional $47 to change the drop-off to the airport but was better that the full price of another days rental.
Cons: We should not have been able to create our reservation as it was accepted since the downtown office was closed for our scheduled return time and it would have cost us an additional day in fees to do so.
