Cons: I was not able to drop off at another location in Burlington (airport) without incurring a $200 fee.
The car I requested was not available so I received an upgrade which was a nice suv however I chose an economy car based on its size and gas mileage both of which were completely different with the car I received.

Excellent local staff and service
Pros: Genuinely friendly and helpful local staff. They allowed me to extend my rental another day as same daily rate. I would absolutely, positively use this location again.

Cons: I was stranded after somebody hit and totaled my car. With no internet and bad cell service, somebody reserved/prepaid a car online at Enterprise for me. When I arrived to finally get my car and continue my journey, nothing was paid for and the system didn't even have a reservation shown, although my family's credit card was charged for both the rental and insurance. Disgusted with this level of ineptitude, especially in a desperate situation. Will not recommend your site. Would give a ZERO stars review if that was possible.

They made it easy
Pros: In airport Enterprise: Great staff, manager made great local recommendations for us, pick up and drop off was easy.

Pros: The car functioned just fine.
Cons: We were told the car was in perfect condition - it sure wasn't. The front bumper had been damaged and it disconnected further during the trip. The inside reeked of cigarette smoke. At check out, no one could/would give me a tally of the final costs. I was promised an email containing this information but that was worthless as well - never got one. I won't be renting through Enterprise again and it looks like I will have to challenge/deny the credit card charge to get them to provide me with a list of costs. I think rental car companies scam people on a regular basis - here's yet another example.

Drop off problems resolved by great employee
Pros: Quick efficient service
I left my cell phone in the car and ran back after I'd checked in for my flight. I was so winded I begged off going with him to get it from the car. He got it for me and I was so relieved. Back I went to check in and made my flight. I cut it close.
Pros: It was a fast, friendly pick-up, and the rental associate was immensely personable - a nice change from the curt interactions I've had elsewhere.
Cons: Chevy Spark + windy highway = how did I not blow off the road? Definitely know what car I won't be buying or recommending for everyday use. I wish I'd known how it drove before choosing the cheaper option - good for around town, but not higher speed trips... Still, better than taking a two hour bus ride.

Cons: Being not familiar with the area I apparently did not rent from the kiosk at the airport but somewhere off site. The office would not stay open the extra five minutes for me to get there and the airport office would not honor the reservation price and instead of the reserved price of $249.00 offered to rent me a comparable vehicle at $605.00.

Pros: Once inside the drop off took just two minutes.
Cons: When I got there the door was locked with a note saying they had to step out. Had to wait for someone to arrive. about 15 minutes.

Bad service, old car and no music
Pros: The car was clean and drove well
Cons: The car was old as it pertains to technology features. No USB port to charge my phone. The AUX port didn't work half of the time; the other half of the time it would make a loud long beeping sound.

Cons: Kayak made car rental dropoff site a $25 cab ride from airport. Huge inconvenience!
Cons: No one in garage to accept car - i had to deliver keys with mileage and fuel status inside, then go back outside

Pros: I was very happy with the price because I reserved online via a 3rd party. However, I would not have wanted to pay the price that was offered at the counter. Overall, I got great service and for once I did not feel like I was dealing with a used car salesman. Every rental car company I've used in the past has tried to convince me to upgrade and when I insisted I didn't want to, they finally upgrade me anyhow because they have no choice! So sleazy! Anyhow, didnt' deal with that w/ Alamo. Thank you!
Cons: It would be helpful to have someone in the garage readily available (appreciated that in Boston when i returned the car). I had a couple questions about the car and had to walk to the terminal and then back to the garage again to meet someone there. It's not the first time in Burlington that I wished there was someone there. I had a similar problem when returning a car there.
