Cons: Check in was quick and easy. However, The car was stuck in 4x4 all week. Drop off took some additional time because the location was understaffed.

Terrible corporate customer service
Pros: The staff at the location itself was very great and helpful. The car was very clean, new, and was perfect for my 2 week business trip.
Cons: The customer service is set up that you cannot talk to the staff at the location you are renting from. If the local location does not pick up in 2 rings, it goes to an automated "help desk" that is not helpful at all. I got through all of her questions and she said she could not help me. I voiced to talk to a person and she connected me to the corporate office help desk and he had incorrect information about my reservation. Because of that, he could not help me adjust my reservation and made the check-in a headache for the local office staff when I got back. He also let me know they have a 29 minute "grace period" to return my car or there were fees attached. No one let me know that at the time of rental. Likely never renting here again.

Pros: Anthony was great and very helpful when I picked up the car, Really appreciated his customer service. He was the only one I could reach if I had a question, which was super helpful.
Cons: However, I only used the car to drive to do errands one day very nearby and I returned it a day early, and the gas tank was on full as far as I could tell. When I returned it, another man said it was not full and I was very surprised to see my charges jump $20. I did not use it enough to be charged that much more.
Also there is NO WAY to talk to anyone at the local office. Calls are sent to the national voice mail and it is ridiculously hard to get any local information without being able to talk to someone there. Thank goodness I was able to communicate with Anthony. But you guys need to make things easier and cut out the surprise extra charges.
