Fine enough Under construction
Great service and nicely remodeled. Loud wall a/c unit that woke us when it turned on while we slept.
location weight room was terrible, rusted weights.
Great location. Nice helpful staff. Computers in lobby came in very handy printing out Cubs tickets. Sofa bed and two doubles was perfect for my family. Price was excellent compared to other options. Hallways a little outdated. Really no big negatives.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check into my room early. Good hotel for the price. The room leaves something to be desired. The bed is not comfortable and the room was rather dingy, but you get what you pay for.
Location Smelled bad No microwave or mini fridge
hotel was at a perfect location close to Field museum, skydeck, millennium park and lot more. Comfort and luxury at low price. No free Parking available
the entire staff! very helpful, informative, friendly and courteous! restaurant wasn't very good! menu wasn't very large and the food wasn't very good!
The location and price cannot be beat! Check in was quick and staff were polite. We got just what we needed, a place to sleep close to downtown, nothing more, nothing less. The place is kind of dingy and run down looking. They never cleaned our room. Not very modern. No mini fridge in our room.
I was visiting Chicago for a conference in Fields Museum. This location turned out to be a the best. I walked to the museum. The stay was comfortable.
The service was absolutely outstanding. The staff presented themselves excellently and were helpful and friendly. The door was opened for me every time I came in or out of the hotel, even late at night. From front desk to maintenence, the employees of this hotel treated guests fantastically. We are already planning a future visit.
Staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean and plenty of mid priced restaurants within a block or two for casual drinking and dining. Grant Park is across the street and you can walk to Lake Michigan on large marked and paved pedestrian routes that go under all the roads and over the train tracks. Two major events in the area pushed the room price higher than normal and they are making improvements to modernize but not there yet. Hallway to our room had slight odor.
