Pros: The staff was accommodating despite overall disasters popping up around the property and within their organization.
Cons: Not a very nice room. Reminded me a of a motel 6. Spa facilities were dated and didn't have that relaxing clean spa smell. Pool was not open due to some extenuating circumstances.

6.0 Good
Pros: The location was great, the mountain views were nice. bed was surprisingly comfortable.
Cons: the room smelt of mildew and the hotel looks like hasn't been updated in years. the ceilings are paper-thin, the people above us stomped around all night. no sleep. heat/cool unit when running made eyes water and throat close up, had to shut off.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: easy to find
Cons: in poor condition, plywood floor on 2nd story walk way, bugs in room, poor breakfast, broken tiles in bath, not enough towels, skimpy soap and shampoo that were very hard to open, light bulbs too dim to read, very poor, frustrating experience!

Pros: Nice Clean Room
Cons: The pictures show a whirlpool but it has been filled in .. no heated pool, no whirl pool .. the indoor pool was freezing and its almost June .. the entire area around the pool looked nasty with window seals undone, a big hole in the wall .. and then the freezing water on top of it .. we regretted staying there.
6.2 Good
Pros: Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Our first room was dirty and there was a stink bug and large roach living in the room. The staff was very accommodating and moved us to a different room. The second room was cleaner, but still not 100% clean. Needed more help at breakfast.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: The front desk staff and the breakfast attendant was pleasant.
Cons: One of the beds was rock hard, the other had a huge dip in the middle that made us end up sleeping on top of each other. The indoor pool was warm but smelly. The hot tub was the same temp as the pool.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The building is dated but the rooms were still very clean. The location isn't the best, but I still felt safe. The beds were very comfortable.
6.2 Good
Pros: Hard to say, just a decent hotel
Cons: Was unable to switch to a handicap room.(forgot to do so during reservation process)

9.4 Excellent
Pros: The room was large and very clean. Adequate lighting. The sink and vanity were separate from the shower which I prefer. It appeared to have updated furnishings. It was very quiet and off the road enough to not hear much road noise. There were several excellent restaurants close by.
Cons: We had to stay in a smoking room which we knew that going in but the room was saturated in smoke smell. I had some items set aside next to our things on the dresser that were nowhere near a trash can but one of the cleaning staff threw them away while we were away from the room that day. These items had receipts in them that we needed from the trip.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the place overall, awseome staff, quaint but not to small, great location, rooms were nice. Likedthe fact that there a lot of things in walking distance.
Cons: The beds are on the hard side, and in a wing of non smoking rooms there are two smoking rooms at the end of the hallway which in our case the odor spiiled out of those rooms, so if you are really smoke sensitive specificlally request a room away from the smoking rooms.

Pros: Easy access. Located in a good place that gave me easy return to the Tallulah Gorge to hike the next morning, the purpose of my trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking right in from of room. Access to various restaurants and shopping in the immediate area.
Cons: Very, very dated, with old fixtures, furniture, bathroom. Window heating unit took a while to get things warmed up, but then the temp overnight in the room was adequate. Functional for an overnight stay on the way to doing something else, but I would not want to stay more than one might here if I didn't have to.

Cons: Two problems. We booked a room that offered a pool, and the pool was filled in with pine straw. I was in town on business, and I brought my girlfriend who had the week off of school. She bought a bathing suit since we were looking forward to swimming. They advertised that they offered wifi, which is important for me to run my business. I got full wifi signal but there was no connection and I was not able to even pull up a web page from my room. Without wifi and a pool, this was not a good value for the money since I payed almost $200 for the room for two days.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was inexpensive
Cons: It has BEDBUGS
