7.5 Good
Pros: Very comfortable standard hotel with breakfast
Cons: It is the most expensive room we have ever paid for. More expensive than good hotel rooms we have stayed in Paris, New York, Rome or London. $227 per night for Cochrane Alberta?? We had a wedding so there was not much other choice, but it sure puts it into perspective when you compare to the other places!!!!!!!!

7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good, clean rooms. An ok place to stay, snacks and a variety of restaurants nearby.
Cons: No towels in pool area for guests, at least a sign letting us know to bring down towels from the rooms. Beds sounded kinda old when getting in, could hear the springs creak and crack when settling in, although comfortable once there.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location was convenient located next door to a Boston Pizza. Behind the hotel was a park system that could be followed to the Bow River which was very nice.
Cons: I was staying in a pet-friendly room & it was disgusting. Being a pet owner, my expectations aren't unreasonable with respect to location of the rooms being on the ground floor etc. however the lack of cleanliness shocked me. Pet hair all over & ants.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room, clean, roomy. Quiet even though we were on the main floor right by the breakfast room.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Yes my daughter and I both had to have a cold shower ..
7.1 Good
Pros: The room was clean (although the vent in the washroom could use a good wipe down). Breakfast was ok. Location was good.
Cons: There were a few coffee grounds floating in the hot water that was in the carafe, so the hot water had a slight taste of coffee which I was not too fond of. My suggestion would be to ensure the hot water carafe is specifically for hot water so that when you want to have a cup of tea, it doesn't have notes of coffee in it.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location - good breakfast service - great staff very helpful
Cons: No problems
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was a good location, value for money, and decent breakfast.
Cons: We booked 2 rooms, in one the carpet had large patches and in the the washroom had stains on the tub and the door. This hotel needs an upgrade!
7.9 Good
Pros: Location close to callaway Park.
Cons: Squeaking bathroom door. Fixed immediately upon mentioning it to front desk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Night check in woman was fantastic. Cheery and quick after a long day. Very impressed! The pool was also really great for the kids.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was close to the festival we were attending.
Cons: The room/ hotel was over priced for what amenities were there, the age of the hotel and the size of the room. There was no hot-tub, the breakfast room was crazy hot and the window didn’t open, the bed was small, the comforter was lumpy- not at all what we expected for $186 a night.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, great staff
Cons: Pillows are not comfy, the filling is all bunched together
4.6 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was decent. Carla at reception was welcoming and very apologetic about the hotel's blunder (They were unaware of two kids left in a room whose parents were supposed to check out earlier that day and hadn't paid. Plus there was no room service to clean the room even if they had vacated.)
Cons: The real quality and character of a hotel comes to the fore during exceptional circumstances as "normally" one is expected to provide basic good service. We checked in 5 hours late after a tiring road trip to a warm welcome by Carla. But found two girls in the room allotted to us who had not paid and had no clue where their parents were. The hotel was fully booked she said. We were made to wait another couple hours before someone cancelled and we could be given a room. We were of course upset and requested to meet the owner who was on site, but surprisingly he refused to meet us. Carla assured us that we will sort this out in the morning. The morning staff was the total opposite. Ken behaved very rudely with my family and instead of being apologetic for the inconvenience, changed the entire story (saying the 7 hour delay in getting a room was Carla's fault) and accused us of lying and demanding both rooms free. MAKE NOTE - THEY GIVE US A ROOM 7 HOURS LATE and yet are rude at us. Another gentleman who was a guest was also appalled at this behaviour and told Ken this was terrible and that he was not coming back to a hotel that treated their guests in this manner. He even cancelled his future booking. Ken was shouting at us and not listening to what actually transpired. Carla came in the next day and confirmed our version but was sent away by Ken. Both rooms we got had used coffee in the coffee maker. Room 110 had a malfunctioning AC with the AC knob broken. Our family trip to the beautiful Canadian Rockies was soured by this abhorrent behaviour and mismanagement by the hotel. This is no way to behave with guests in the hospitality industry.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the room very clean and comfortable . thank you for a awsume stay
Cons: It was all good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This inn is run very well, unlike any of the Comfort suites or Day's Inn I have stayed in. The owner has a dedication that is rare. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly and even return, even thought it is a long haul from the US Southern border.
Cons: All was good
