Pros: When I first pulled up and they didn't have a let I was a little worried about my choice of hotel, but once inside I realized this was an amazing hotel. The room was incredible, the shower was to die for, the facilities were relaxing and classy. There wasn't one detail that went unnoticed by the staff/hotel. It's the only hotel I want to stay in when I'm in Miami from now on!
Cons: The suite was very clean and nice
Pros: The rooms were big and well laid out, bright, and had everything I needed.
Cons: The staff melted down when a plane was grounded. Over-run and not prepared.
Pros: The rooms were outstanding. One of the nicest I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and catered to my every need.
Cons: The pool was not heated as listed. The location is only great if you don't plan on seeing what Miami has to offer. Its a really nice airport hotel.
Pros: It was quiet.
Cons: Most of the items on the menu in hotel restaurant were unavailable. there were no restaurants nearby.
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Pros: Great room. Great shower. Comfy bed
Cons: Internet was terrible. Restaurant service needs improvement
Pros: Fitness center was nice and the rooms/hotel was super clean.
EB Hotel Miami is a brand new luxury hotel located just over a 5 minute drive from the Miami International Airport. It offers free Wi-Fi and free shuttle service to and from MIA.Room service is available 24 hours and the onsite restaurant Miranda opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Pros: The service at four seasons is exceptional in every area. An amazing experience.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Amazing staff, great dinning
Situated in Miami city center with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, this luxury Miami hotel is a 5-minute drive from shopping and dining at Mary Brickwell Village, the American Airlines Arena, and Miami Art Museum.
Pros: Door staff and reception were very competent.
Pros: The staff was mostly helpful and always had a smile on their face.
The lobby is among the most beautiful spaces I have ever seen in a hotel
The rooms are clean and spacious
Love the pool and jaqcuzzi. The man made beach was a nice touch
Cons: You definitely pay for what you get. Expect to lay out a pretty penny
Pool side service was a little spotty. At one point my wife and I had to wait 15 min for a towel and chairs despite the area being fairly empty (this was after speaking with two staff members) on another occasion we waited 20 min for someone to ask for our orders.
There was a stain on the seating area in the room. Do not know what it was, however definitely expect more from a hotel of this caliber.
Our view from the room was absolutely gorgeous, but the balcony was too small to fit chairs on. Note this appears to be only on a small section of rooms so be weary about this.
Pros: Great Staff, great view, very clean, i mean they clean the rooms twice a day, the staff is the best part of this hotel. Will stay there 100000 more times.
Cons: The food and parking are not cheap, $40 per day just to park and the breakfast will cost u some $$. Needs a fridge in the room, it's miami.
Mandarin Oriental, Miami is set on a private island and separated from Miami by the Brickell Key Bridge, less than 1 mile from the Miami Convention Center and about 8 miles from popular South Beach.
Pros: Came for a weekend trip, just stayed one night. Nice building, pretty decorations. Staff was nice, great complimentary hot breakfast. They share a pool with the place next door, and we took a nice night time swim. Rooms were clean and tidy, nice to have a mini fridge and other kitchen things. Location was okay -- not great but not too far from everything. Overall was an excellent visit.
Cons: We asked to check in early, and they said we only could if we joined their program -- not a big deal, but clearly rooms were clean and ready but they didn't want to let us in a few hours early unless we joined up.
The vibrancy and beauty of the Miami area is right outside Element Miami Doral. Down the street are two of South Florida’s largest malls—Miami International and Dolphin—and business parks, entertainment options, and beaches are just minutes away. Maintain your balance. Our state-of-the-art fitness center, and healthy food options all help you be at your best. Bright and open multi-purpose public spaces are inspiring settings for work, play, socializing, and unwinding. Energize in a smarter space. Our open-flow guest rooms are designed to meet all your needs, with fully-equipped kitchens, the signature Heavenly® Bed, and more, all thoughtfully arranged to rejuvenate you for work or play.
Pros: No request went without a quick and thorough response. It isn't cheap, but the service and facilities can't be beat anywhere else in Florida.
Cons: A bit too pricey for our regular travels, but great for a once in a while treat.
Pros: Staff was wonderful.
Cons: Too short of a visit!
Pros: The staff was well-trained, resposive, and vocally sorry about the situation that all the guests were facing, and even apologized for the weather. The staff went out of their way to try to make up for everything that was wrong.
Cons: Simply put: the resort should not be open until they have finished the renovations. It's like staying in a Motel 6 at a 24hr construction site, but with superb staff and quite good food.
There is limited accessibility by foot to any part of the resort. Walking anywhere requires traversing expansive muddy gravel areas, balancing on tippy plywood ramps where no curbs exist, stepping over hoses, electrical cords, and around huge generators, and going as quuickly as possible by what can only be an open sewer pipe near the new pool construction.
There is one, possily two, restaurants open that have the same menu as room service. A salad, entree, and glass of wine came to $70. Other non-resort restaurants are accessiblie only by cab (I might have been able to walk if not for the puring rain).
If you choose not to gamnble on walking, you must call ahead for a golf-cart transport, which will arrive in 10-15 mins and take you to your destination. A tip is expected by the driver.
During my stay, it rained constantly so I never was able to see a vista, the golf course, or anything resembling the images on the resort's website. The pathways that were usable were puddled with water and one had a recurring area of sudsy liquid on it...?
Again, they should not be open, but if they choose to be, they should NOT be charging full price for guest rooms. I was staying in a supposedly-renovated bungalow, but the elevator clearly was in recent use by constructoin workers, there were several muddy boot prints in my bathtub upon arrival., the sliding door to the patio did not fully lock, and the sliding closet doors were not functional because of the position of the room safe in the closet.
Purchased by the Trump Organization in June 2012, the Doral Golf Resort & Spa has been undergoing a dramatic restoration to recapture the resort's early grandeur.
Pros: Everything and everyone was extremely professional. I enjoyed my stay.
Pros: Nice location easy walking distance to what is needed.
Cons: Paid for internet, sheets were like sand paper.
Pros: This place is very fancy, clean, quiet(even though we booked while restorations were being done). It's a like a secluded get away. I loved staying here. The staff and security were very friendly and always spoke when you pass by.
Cons: You have to pay to park even though you're a guest at the hotel and if you plan on going in and out it cost you more then the overnight $24 fee so if you plan on going out in your car I suggest planning it into your trip.

Cons: i was on floor 11 which is small and they used it as a closet - staff were having their meetings there in front of the room, then also kept their cleaning carts in front of the room all day, blocking my room, kept the linen closet room open with a stand so it looked liked i was in the service quarters. it ruined the experience.
Then at the pool the waitress took my key, returned the wrong key, I was stuck out of my room, then had to go to front desk, wait for a very long time for that elevator
Pros: The rich history of the hotel.
Cons: No coffee maker in the room.
Pros: Our daughter's fairy tale wedding reception was held here two years ago. My husband and I promised ourselves that we would return for our own romantic stay. We were not disappointed and loved every minute - the luxury, pampering, beautiful grounds, wonderful food. A dream come true!
Pros: We love the history, the architecture and the location. We looked forward to this our entire lives!
Cons: The overall experience was not good. There were no good options for casual dining. Just poolside, with a very limited menu and LOTS of cigar smoke OR the golf club, totally undesirable very man club-ish. We ended up ordering a very pricey pizza and very mediocre Caesar salad in the room. Forget a glass of wine for room service, it was $19.There was grime in the shower exhaust fan and mold on the ceiling shower. ewwww! Some of the property was in disrepair.
Pros: This is probably the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in, with European elegance at a reasonable price. We had a delicious meal at the "Fontana" restaurant, and the hotel staff was generally excellent. It is the architectural centerpiece of the Coral Gables neighborhood, and within a short drive of "Miracle Mile" shopping. Oh, and self-parking is free!
Cons: The room was a bit small, but the view was worth it!
Pros: Love the ambiance and staff service. Great place to stay.
Cons: Not being able to eat breakfast at cascade during the week. Cascade menu should have more choices.
Located in the heart of Coral Gables, this luxury hotel is 0.2 mi (0.3 km) from Biltmore Hotel and within 3 mi (5 km) of University of Miami and Miracle Mile. Venetian Pool and Coral Gables Museum are also within 2 mi (3 km).
Cons: Concierge was nice but he did not explain that there was an additional charge for parking. He gave me a ticket that I thought I would show at my departure next day but at the parking place they would not let me go without paying. That was a surprise for me. Also, at the front desk they did not ask me if I was a member of the Marriott hotels, I am, so I could have given them my name and number to add points or miles.

Cons: The room service we ordered was never brought to us but charged. We waited two hours.
Pros: We like the pool and the bed and that three were a variety of restaurants within a couple of miles.
Cons: The view from the room. We had a view of the roof of the lobby.
Pros: Loved it
Pros: Free parking and free wifi Beds are comfy Great tall shower Close to international and dolphin mall Tip : if you are traveling more than 1 get the room with free breakfast for 2 Good deal
Cons: 25th st next to the hotel is very busy
Pros: Crisp sheets. Clean.
Cons: Older than I expected.
Pros: Just first class.
Pros: We didn't communicate with staff very often - only at check-in and check-out, but they were very friendly and kind. The pool was awesome! Parking was easy, too, and this is a great location, as it has many restaurants nearby.
Pros: Cleanliness, pricing and no parking charges.
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: I loved the location. I also loved the ambience of the hotel. The tall bar tender was the best!!!
Cons: The maid service left something to be desired. After having to request multiple times for beds to be changed or toilet paper to be placed it became apparent that complaints needed to be made. After which service improved dramatically.
Pros: A beautiful hotel with a fantastic restaurant. Friendly staff as soon as you walk in. A wonderful experience.
Cons: The parking lot is a bit of a walk to the entrance of the hotel.
Pros: Cleanliness and good staff
Cons: Right on airport landing path. Loud outside but quiet inside
Pros: Friendly staff!!! Great breakfast ...it was included in my stay!
This fully renovated luxury hotel in Doral provides the comfort and innovative technology ideal for the discerning traveler. We feature an outdoor pool 24/7 fitness center first class meeting amenities and a vibrant culinary concept in our restaurant Blue Matisse and Nau Lounge. Our convenient location is seven miles from Miami International Airport and minutes away from the International Mall Dolphin Mall and Downtown Doral; scheduled complimentary shuttle is offered to these locations.
Pros: Location is great, clean, well appointed. Pool area was nice. Very nice lobby and bar. I wish the negative side had not occurred.
Cons: Arrived at midnight after flight delays to find out that they had given my room away. SOLD OUT! No call or email ahead to inform. They put us up for the night at Courtyard Marriott, this was their idea of complementary (Similar) room, with many other high quality hotels near by I found it insulting. Next day they did make it up by upgrade and other perks. Being this is the first time this happens to me, I was shocked.
Pros: Check in staff was friendly and met my request
Lobby looked nice
Location was close to coral gables downtown and shopping area. Also close to airport
Cons: Old - needs some renovation but it's definitely good enough to stay in
Room was semi-humid
Every time I got on an elevator, it wouldn't close. I had to get off, then I learned to press the reset button.
Older nice building with needed upgrades
Pros: I had a King bed room for one night, and the room was spotless, with a clean and well equipped bathroom, as well as a very comfortable bed. The size of the room was perfect.
The hotel is extremely well maintained, in despite of not being a new structure.
The location is ideal, not too far from the airport. For the rate I paid, and the quality of treatment I received, I find it a bargain. I will make the Hyatt my place to stay when visiting Miami for a couple of nights, instead of staying near the airport.
The best of the hotel, however, is the staff: courteous, amicable, sincerely willing to assist you in any problem.
That makes the difference quite often.
Pros: Located walking distance from great restaurants and shopping. Clean, comfortable rooms with a great 5th floor pool!
Pros: Location was perfect.
Cons: Rooms looked dated, renovations in the Lobby
Pros: Food was okay, the pool was fine but had too mich clorox
Cons: They did not specify the check out time and they charged me additional 50$ to check out when I had already paid through expedia 140$ the night. The front desk lady had told me that no additional cost were going to be made, but when I got to my final destination I saw my credit card being charged 50$
Pros: The hotel was nice and staff was very friendly. There are lots of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Parking was very expensive. We opted for the valet vs. the self park as there was only a small difference. Valet service was lovely. No complimentary beach towels at the pool.
Cons: Hotels have figured out to send the kayak customers to the worst possible rooms. The room was OK, the location of the hotel is great if you want to walk around miracle mile.
Elegant Mediterranean Style high-rise hotel located in office complex in the heart of Coral Gables. 4 miles from Miami Intl Airport and 6 miles from downtown Miami. Within walking distance to shopping, dining, art galleries and entertainment. Only 20 minutes from South Beach and Port of Miami. Village of Merrick Park Shopping Mall is located 10 minutes from the hotel. Complimentary trolley service to/from mall.
Cons: Windows that do not open so one must use a.c.
However we request a room with window or door to get fresh air..
Pros: I was very suprised with our stay. I went into this as a vacation made very last minute and saw good reviews but figured it would just be an OK hotel.
However it was a really nice place. The staff was very attentive. They book a massage for me. They set up a crib and twin bed for my 2 year old son so he could choose which he wanted.
They had smart TVs which allowed us to play netflix and youtube at night.
my wife and I especially liked that the hotel had many resteraunts, starbucks, pharmacy and many botique stores attached to the hotel.
The pool was nice, but the only drawback is that it is situated in a way that we only got sun in certain parts of the day as the building blocked out the sun before noon. so 12-5pm the sun hit the pool.
It was very close to south beath (lincoln rd). We had a car but with all the shuttle services you really could not even bother.
They had busses going to many of the attractions you want, and if it wasn't uber would fill in the few gaps.
I would 100% go back and do plan on making this a semi-regular vacation favorite.
It also helped that there were other familes with kids for my son to play with.
He had 5-10 kids to play with in the pool on any given day.
ENjoy! and thanks for the memories
Pros: I loved the hotel grounds, great location but our room was tight. Shower/tub needs refinishing. We will return.
Cons: Tub & size of the room
Pros: Great pool area
Cons: It would been nice if breakfast was included
Pros: The room was beautiful! Had an amazing view. The staff were amazing as well, very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Would have liked to see some more shopping boutiques
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful
Pros: Desk staff particularly friendly and helpful.
Pros: The breakfast is good!!
Cons: The parking is expensive!!
Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed our room on the 21st floor. The view was amazing and the room was very plush and comfortable. Enjoyed the daily Happy Hour specials and the buffet styled breakfast thats readily available downstairs at the restaurant called the "Catch". The service the Marriott provided was Awesome! I would stay here again.... $10.00 or less ride to South Beach using Uber or Lyft. If you don't want to pay the daily parking charge, there is street parking that affordable adjacent to the hotel.
Cons: There is no microwaves or refrigerators available in the rooms. However, you can requested these items if they are available.
Pros: Everything including location from the Port of Miami, nice lobby, great restaraunt, and view from balcony!
Cons: Pool was horrendous. When you go to FL the one thing you look forward to it the pool/jacuzzis. To put it in perspective, the pool water was warmer than the hot tub. Outside of the pool area needing some work, everything was great.
Pros: was ok
Pros: Nothing to write home about. The view was great but the rooms were standard! I expected a bit more comfort for the price.

Pros: The staff were helpful, responsive and genuine. The room was comfortable and clean. We caught a really great deal on Expedia.
Cons: The cost of snacks/beverages
Pros: This hotel is the go-to for my wife and I whenever we're in Miami. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are beautiful! Very close to incredible restaurants and bars too!
Pros: Hotel facilities seemed good but couldn't use many of them.
Cons: Pool overrun by near-naked chemically stimulated revelers. Incredibly noisy till small hours of morning. Phones in room didn't work.
Pros: Fantastic views, great location, comfortable beds. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean, nice room
Cons: Our shower, nor our phones, did not work. Fortunately, we were only staying for a single night, which made the problem not a big deal. Also, pools were not heated. They have two BEAUTIFUL pools, but no one dared to be in them at all because they were absolutely freezing. A shame, really.
Pros: The views were pretty nice. The room was comfortable, except for the constant racket of music, construction and traffic, not to mention the binging from the elevator
Cons: Super noisy. Disorganized. Staff not very helpful
Somewhat snobby clientele.
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Dirty, loudy, parking, people hosted.
Pros: Loved the location, restaurant and bars
Cons: I wish they had coffee available for longer in the am, start earlier and end later, I missed it every day, either I was leaving to early or too late
Pros: The staff went over and beyond to help make our stay comfortable-including an early check in and later check out to accommodate our flights. Well done!
Rooms are nice size and had great views of the harbor and city lights. Would definitely come back again!
Cons: Price for parking is steep.
Pros: No good signal tv, I can not go to pool for private pool party.
Pros: Outstanding service
We have stayed at Epic many times, but this was the first time bringing the kids. The kids had a wonderful time. As a family we cannot wait to come back!!
Cons: each stay at Epic has been an exceptional experience, which is why it's our hotel of choice when visiting Miami.
Pros: Room quality, location, pool, gym, breakfast area, Lobby, In-Room dining experience was terrific.
Cons: Bed linens were not soft, very rough and low quality. Pillows much to big and thick, no choices for pillows. Took one hour and three calls to get extra towels.
Pros: Fun lively noisy location in downtown Miami
Cons: We were not given the room we ordered but they did try to make up for the error.
Located 2.5 mi (4 km) from the airport, Kimpton EPIC Hotel features a marina and puts you just a 5-minute drive from Miami Convention Center. Guests can visit the spa to be pampered with massages, facials, or body treatments, and Area 31, one of 2 restaurants, serves seafood and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 2 outdoor pools and 3 bars/lounges are onsite, and rooms at this luxurious hotel offer up nice touches like deep soaking tubs and premium bedding.
Pros: Modern and friendly staff especially John at check in. He went over and above Helped with obtaining an UBER RIDE and suggested restaurants. He also was able to accommodate us with a late checkout as my daughter was in a class until 2 We will definitely stay here again if in the area
Cons: The buffett was terrible (no cheese, no ham, just eggs, and they were cold).
Cons: people at nights in the lobby
Pros: The atmosphere, design
Cons: No complaints
Pros: The best part about my stay at Aloft was the service I received from the bar tender (Rafael Medina). I had previously missed my flight and chose Aloft as a place to stay through my Kayak app. It had been a long day of traveling and I was not looking forward to extending it another day. Once I sat down I was immediately served with a good attitude since he could tell I wasn't in the best mood. I was rudely on the phone with my father during most of my time at the bar but this did not stop him from giving service with a smile. After my phone call I had an awesome conversation about my travels and felt overall welcome. I am glad I chose Aloft over the rest of the options and will gladly come back next time I am in Miami.
Pros: I enjoyed myself the bed was wonderful
Pros: Everything is in goos shape
Pros: Modern clean hotel
Nice lobby bar area (Expensive though)
Cons: Music at check in too loud to hear anything.
Got a handicap room without being told so. Got to room, work desk too high to efficiently work on laptop. Poor Handicap person would have terrible shower experience as did I. I have been stuck with handicap rooms before but the design and layout made this the most uncomfortable room I have ever been in. Nothing like a good strong hot shower to get you going in the morning, well that wasn't possible. Still have to get the shampoo out of my hair now that I am back at a Hyatt Place.

Breeze into one of our Aloft rooms, featuring our ultra-comfortable signature bed, walk-in shower, custom amenities by Bliss® Spa, and more. Our plug & play connectivity station charges all your electronics and links to the 42” LCD TV to maximize work and play.
Cons: I booked 2 rooms kayak through booking.com - received a confirmation number. Our late flight had been cancelled. Hotel didn't receive the reservation and when I found out, there were no rooms available. Night was spent in airport - very bad experience.
Pros: The room was clean but not spotless. Loved having a fridge, microwave & dishes. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. No airport noise even though it's very close, not even while sitting at the pool. The bathroom needs brighter lighting and a magnifying mirror. Also there were no luggage stands in the room. It's a good hotel for a quick stay while traveling but I wouldn't consider it a vacation spot.
Pros: They make me feel like a queen
Cons: It's not on the beach.
Pros: Staff was very helpful. To go breakfast bags were nice, since we had to leave before the hot breakfast service started. The room was comfortable and nice sized. The deal on leaving your car parked while on your trip was great. Shuttle was reliable, location is close to airport, without being too close. Starbucks, Walgreens and Publix are across the street - very handy.
Cons: The hot tub wasn't hot! Construction noise was unexpected on a Sunday.

Pros: I stayed here only night for my first time but I am sure to make this my go to hotel in Miami. The staff is very welcoming and nice. They were able to work with me with having an evening flight. From the phone call I made prior to booking to checking totally professional! Also working in a luxury hotel I got exactly what I expected at the Conrad Miami!!
Cons: The wait for food. I ordered breakfast through In Room dining and was quoted 30 minutes of less. It took closer to 45-50 minutes for eggs and potatoes. I then later on went to the pool bar and ordered the avocado fries and that took roughly an hour. I understand things happen and high volume of meals being ordered.
Pros: The city view room we had. And the shower.
Cons: The elevator machine noise from our room
Pros: Room was nice and staff were very helpful.
Cons: What is the deal with the parking? Parking lot in the building as well as other structures surrounding the building were all empty yet they were charging $30 a night to park. Don't understand how this is a thing.
Pros: Great location in Brickell. Close to Metromover and the bay. Rooms start on 16 so you definitely have a view. The Bar@25 is awesome. Priced for the view, but you won't find it anywhere else.
Cons: The lobby is on the 25th floor, but the guest rooms were below so you need to use a different elevator to get to them. The carpetting was dirty in the halls. The reqding lights in the room were old and only some of them worked. The radio was old and not compatible with newer iphones.
Pros: The view from the bar (25th floor) was stunning, the rooms are well kept, and the hotel overall was very clean
Cons: The bellhop left our luggage pieces on the cart at the entrance and never brought them up (we went down and got them), it costs $30/day to self-park (no in-and-out privileges, so more if you leave/come back), while the map shows it close to the water the closest beach is a 15 minute car ride away, and the rooms and bathrooms felt a little dated/worn
Cons: I stayed here because I was working late & didn't feel I could drive home, which is more than an hour away. I checked in at 4:AM & had arranged to check out around 1:PM. It seems that the cleaning staff did not look at the notes in the computer for my eventual check out and on 2 different occasions, one at 9:AM & the other at 10:AM, they attempted to gain entry into the room to clean, I suppose, and the door made a tremendous noise as I had put the security latch on it. This was quite disturbing, having been woken up twice. Check the computers!
Pros: The staff was very accommodating, outgoing and friendly.
Cons: Upon arriving early we had to wait for a room, no big deal, check-in wasn't until 3pm. For the inconvenience we were given a free wi-fi code. The code never worked. I would have been discouraged to buy the wi-fi and then not have it work.
On Saturday night, our room which faced West, could hear loud party/club music until after 2am. It may have gone longer but that's when we finally fell asleep.
The tv was old, outdated and did not work well. The channel was stuck on the "movie" channel, however it would not let us select/rent any of the movies.
Pros: Very clean, modern, and luxurious.
Pros: Front desk was friendly. Room was clean, coffee in the room was good, great bay view and I didn't get out much but the location seemed perfect to me!
Cons: How the snack bar was out in the open tempting you but all of it was for a fee, it should be locked up unless I request for it to be opened. Can't imagine what parents with children go through to keep them from munching.
Cons: Restaurant service has to improve
Cons: Valet yelled at me because I was never charged. I even asked the front desk why I was not billed. Turns out they spelled my name wrong and were not able to bill my room. I don't think that I should have been reprimanded for their spelling error.

Cons: Way too much traffic and construction
Evidently i also had no flexibility as i booked through an online service that was non refundable but i was not told...so that soured me on the while trip

Cons: Flight left me and I Sent them Proof from American Air Lines Then they promised me to re-booking amount, week left and did not recover the amount Whenever I tried to contact them A person who on the counter Transfer my calls to The Department Competent and No one answers no one call me back again ..... they are thieves
Pros: The location, the size and quality of the room and bathroom, the courtesy and skill of the staff.
Cons: We liked it. We'll come back.
Pros: Location and pool.
Cons: Dirty pool, dirty spa, dirty room, expensive forn nothing. Even the holiday inn has a slepers and more clean the bathroom and bedroom.
The closet was broken, and they gave us a room for special capabilities i dont know why.
Pros: Location is great. Friendly staff.
Cons: Reception lobby too small and crowded. Walls too thin.
Pros: The W Miami is a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. The rooms are luxurious with king size beds and large bathrooms. The fitness center has all the machines needed for a good workout, and a hot tub for after the workout. There is a large pool on the 15th overlooking the bay. I can't wait to return.
Pros: Amazing room, will definitely go here again. Staff was helpful in providing a room when Amoma failed to make a reservation for the hotel. If you are booking a hotel room from kayak through a third party, buyers stay away from Amoma!
Pros: Modern, cool, hip--like all W Hotels. Unlike some, there wasn't loud music playing at 3 am at the upstairs club. View is great. Gym is good, but a bit of a haul to get to as it is in a different building.
Cons: Hotel messed up my bill quite badly and overcharged me by about $500. Only attempted to resolve after I had to intervene at check-out and again over the phone (and I still haven't seen the final refund come through via the bank). Additionally, while I was having dinner, the bartender at the restaurant came up while he was on Skype with his son and was like--"look at this beautiful woman eating by herself!" It felt a bit invasive.
Pros: Pool,location,bed itself was nice.
Cons: Customer service was very bad for a 5 star hotel, mold in hallways of room, dirty stained carpets, every piece of furniture was damaged and just looked bad. If I wanted to stay in a hotel 6 I could have saved 200 dollars.
Pros: The hotel and atmosphere were great. The best service were the bell hop and the valet service.
Cons: Untrained staff, in particular the service in the restaurant was poor! Front desk gave conflicting information are not clear when asking about restaurants.
Pros: Loved this hotel. The concierge Jorge Rocha was so helpful, he gave us GREAT customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami.

Pros: It is located near the int mall and dolphin mall
Pros: Nice enough property - standard Best Western!
Cons: I did not realize it was so far from Miami Airport! Waited for shuttle for 55 minutes, and then it took 40 minutes to get to property. Their shuttle did not run early in the morning (5:00am), so they hired a "taxi" for us, which turned out to be a big van - not a taxi. The cost was $40 plus tip to get to airport! Unbelievable. If I had known that, I would have paid more for a nicer property close to airport. Shame on me for not checking the price. A regular taxi would have probably charged $20-25. The hotel really dinged us bad!!!
Pros: The room was large and clean.
Cons: This hotel is 20-25 minutes away from the airport. Their shuttle only runs until 9:30pm. If you're flight comes in after that, you need to find your own way to the hotel. We took a taxi, thinking the hotel was close to the airport, and ended up with a $40 ride (we should have used Uber).
Pros: It's was cheap, nice bed, and kinda close to the airport
Cons: Smelled like mildew, bathroom was gross, sheets has stains
Cons: Found roaches in the room, at night, the front desk did not care to assist, move me and my children. Its been 3 days since I've been trying to return the managers phone call, she is never available. Let alone, very frustrating with 90% of staff who does not speak English very well.
Pros: Rooms were nice
Cons: A long way from the airport even though it is called an airport hotel. I waited over an hour for the schuddle at the airport and then it only runs every two hours to the airport from the hotel. I was told the shuddle runs to the airport once an hour which can be a very long time if you call after the shuddle has left the airport for the hotel. I had to leave the hotel an hour early becuase the shuddle only leaves every two hours starting a 4am. Even thoufg the hotel was nice I would not stay there again.
Pros: I like how my room was clean by the time I got back
Cons: The cleaning staff did not speak any English at all and we're Rude when I told them to wait on cleaning my room apparently they wanted to clean on their own time so they kept knocking my door trying to get me out the room so they can clean even though countless times I told them to hold on , and then because of her lack of English she spoke spanglish and yelled at me , awful when ur there but as long as you leave before they cone around to clean apparently you'll. Be fine
Pros: The staff was very friendly
Pros: Manager refunded our cab fare when we got in after shuttle stopped running
Cons: Shuttle service is problematic. It starts at 6am and leaves every 2 hours and then stops at 10pm. In my view, if you call yourself an airport hotel, people that reserve with you will want to be close to and have easy access to the airport. if you're neither of those things, change your name or improve your shuttle service.
Pros: Good location and quite economical
Cons: Musty smell throughout the room and hotel hallways. Noisy, creaky beds. Surprised this was a Best Western Plus hotel and rated 3 stars with AAA.
Pros: quiet place.......

Pros: I always use Hilton because for several reasons but this hotel stood out for their staff, overall feel and looks of the hotel along with the comfort of the room.
Cons: View from our room, preferred the ocean view
Pros: I was pleased with the amenities and cleanliness. The location was also a major plus.
Cons: Parking was not included in the service offering neither wqs internet.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, knowledgeable concierge, usual level of Hilton comfort, close to public transport
Cons: Needs a makeover, drab decoration
Cons: pay to park
pay for internet
Cons: getting old.... hope it´s renewed in the future
Pros: Close to the bus stop & mover
Cons: Far from the beach
Pros: Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Cons: 1) Status was not recognized. Although we booked thru agent, other brands still recognize it. They are even stingy on the complementary bottles of water.. which is funny. I will not give Hilton into priority consideration in the future.
2) Some residents were definitely smoking pot inside the room.
3) We had 4 people checking in and were only given 3 towels.... which is very much ridiculous.
4) The bed was not set up in a tidy manner, and the trash can and empty bottles were not removed after the room cleaning.. that was a very bad experience.
Pros: Location, room, view was great!
Cons: Expensive parking fee
Pros: It was overall a fantastic hotel, would stay again
Cons: The construction
Pros: everything was perfect
Pros: I got a very good deal for how nice the hotel was. the food was good. the bed was super comfortable. very close by to everything.
Cons: tv kept messing up

Cons: smells bad everywhere, fruit on breakfast is from cans.
no refrigerator in room
Pros: The coffee
Cons: It was old, shabby and out of the way
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: The room was smelling really bad and it was dirty!
Pros: The man who checked us in, I can't recall his name, was very helpful. He made it his business to go above and beyond. I booked online and the reservation was not sent through the company. This gentleman had it fixed in minutes. He was professional, helpful and spoke highly of the facilities. He assured us of our safety, during hurricane Matthew. He told us of hurricane windows and a generator. )3 was very helpful, and eased our minds.
Cons: The carpet was not vacuumed in our room. Otherwise it was clean.
Pros: Room was clean staff was polite
Breakfast on time satisfied
Cons: The second day rolled eggs
Cons: I waited 1.5 hrs for the airport shuttle and the breakfast was very unhealthy and the air conditioner was old and loud.
Cons: One of the elevators was out of order, so there were long waits. In our first room the air conditioner did not work and there was no mini fridge. The air conditioning on the floor of the second room did not work but did in the room. We were sweating while waiting on the one working elevator. The indicator lights in the working elevator did not work so there was confusion if the elevator was going up or down and what floor it had stopped at. The breakfast was ok but they could not keep it stocked. As soon as they brought out food it was gone immediately. The rooms were clean and it was quiet but not up to Hampton Inn standers.
Pros: I needed a hotel close to the airport and wasn't expecting to find something So quiet and comfortable with class. The pillows & down comforter were heavenly.
Cons: I didn't have enough time to enjoy everything.
Pros: The breakfast bar was wonderful. And the pool area was very nice.
Cons: The surrounding area was not as nice as I would have liked. Also wish all of the staff would have spoken English. It felt a bit like being in a foreign country.

Pros: Rooms were large, with comfortable bedding, and ample closet, but bathroom could use a bit more space. For the location just a couple of blocks from Alhambra Circle and Coral Way, and easily accessible to MIA, the rates are a great value.
Cons: Found and killed a tiny cockroach as soon as we walked in the room. Common in Miami, and didn't see any others indoors afterwards, but didn't give a good first impression. Otherwise, they'd have gotten a higher rating.
Pros: Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Cons: No balconys.
Pros: Facilities were great. Excellent location. The staff was amazing!
