Pros:The exterior and the lobby.
Cons:Unfortunately, there were so many things that we didn't like! The first impression was good as the hotel has a lot of curbside appeal as you pull in and we were looking forward to see our room which was a big disappointment all together! There was no light in the room! All the lights were so dim that we could not read or color with our kid. When we asked for more light, they brought us another lamp which was as dim as the other ones! Not only that, it was missing the button to switch it on and off, so we had to unscrew the button from another lamp back and forth to switch on and off the lamps! As for cleanliness, we wrote our son's name on the dust on one of the lamps! The patio doors looked like as they were never cleaned and the bath tub and the sink were not cleaned at all during our three-day-stay! Also the shower head was very small with no water pressure at all. I also didn't like that their pool wasn't heated or it was barely kind of heated and that they didn't have a hot tub. Another thing that bothered me was the automatic 18% tip that was added in the price of our breakfast! Why? Last but not least, they gave us a DVD player and we chose two DVDs to watch, but the TV could not play them.

Pros:I liked our room with the bed in a separate room for added privacy. I enjoyed the compliment breakfast. The pool area was clean and I throughly enjoyed having all to myself at least for 12 minutes. The appetizers in the bar were really tasty. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful.
Cons:Unfortunate there are stairs only and no elevator it limits those who may need the help of a lift.

Pros:We stayed overnight and found the hotel very noisy. There was a lot of creaking from the ceiling. We could hear every movement from the floor above us. Sometimes it sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in. We were on the first floor.

Pros:Staff was prompt and very accommodating. Friendly atmosphere. Allowed us a late check out due to delays at the onsite restaurant. The balcony was a nice added touch.
Cons:Rooms and televisions were outdated, however the room was clean. Pool was disappointing.

Pros:Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. However, the big picture window in the setting area needs to be replaced. The needed A/C air blew behind the curtains instead of in the room.

Cons:No cell service in the area and unusable wifi is unacceptable. Buy another router or two, you don't have enough. It was impossible to plan anything and this caused huge hassles on our trip. It's 2016. get some more routers.

Pros:Room was a nice size and had a patio door access to outside on first floor. Seemed clean enough. We were only there for one evening so did not try their dining room. Lots of parking and wifi included (although signal not that strong).
Cons:The room was somewhat dark and the hallways smelled musty. The towels and bed linens were not what I would expect for the price per night. For what I would consider the off season, the price was too high for the quality of the room. I would expect to pay half of the rate we did for the quality of the room and amenities.
